slow repair process. a hazardous materials team was called in to deal with roughly 117 gallons of gas following this crash. that fuel was contained by dams and alvin watts wally removed by -- -- removed by dams and contractors had to repave areas of roadway and it first started it was around 7:00 a.m. yesterday. the dam to the row was extensive and the damage to the big-rig will have to pick up the tab and the clean up. >> this is the hazmat's

. welcome back, police want your help in finding a man who took surveillance video of a woman and then poured an oily substance inside of her car. what did you find out, brian? >> reporter: we are finding out this may be related to another incident and the latest happened just days ago at the michael's arts and crafts store on south delaware street. we have surveillance video showing him entering the store. police say he entered the store and catch is the eye of a 20- year-old and video tapes her with a cell phone. the other part of the surveillance shows him also looking apt his cell phone.
