[ bleep ] mother nature is magnific t magnificent, so spectacular, but brave people, few brave people travel to remote places to really experience mother nature in all her majesty. in this case, he got close to the volcano, incredibly remote in indonesia. it's an active volcano. look at this. >> 4:00 in the morning, climb it, louder than the space shuttle's main engine at takeoff. i don't know if that's a good idea. >> that's loud.

wrap it up. >> this is one of thee most active volcanos on the planet. it's been active consistently since 1933. >> that's awesome. as much as i lovp motorcycles and impressive as i think speed is, this is just horrible. wrong on so many levels. couple guys out riding their sport bikes. these guys are flying. one chasing another. >> oh! >> that's just the first time they use the shoulder to pass through traffic, weaving in and out of cars. if you look at the spe dome ter, it's 186 miles per hour. >> how do they recover if somebody changes lanes at this speed? you can't. >> you don't. you die basically what happens. as you drive that fast, other drivers on the road don't see

these guys coming. >> like a fighter jet. don't see it coming, and then over your head. in this video, no incidents, nobody is hurt, and they gather on the side of the road, and like, yeah, right on, good ride. take that ride to the track, but even at the track, you are not safe. this is at the german racetrack that's popular, very historic. here's the guy in his subaru. he did not hit anybody, and he manages to keep ongoing. >> what! are you kidding me 1234. >> looks like he came around the corner a little fast, saw that red car up ahead, and thought he had to slow down, and that upset the car. >> too much to think that the driver was that skilled that he save himself from crashing, or was he just lucky? >> i think a little lucky, but a little skill too, right?

i think a little bit of both. >> think he was clenching his butt cheeks? dangerous flood waters in and around areas of china. this is from the woo wang village. you see how high t waters are. this dude in the truck is a to help. he strips down in the bathing suit to help. that's dangerous. you don't know what's in there. he's down there to save elderly people who can't fend for themselves. puts this woman on his walk, walking through the water, to the boat, again, dragging that person from the building as well and that perp's wheelchair. they were trapped on a balcony, sets up a ladder, climbs down. he's a total hero. >> ithe rescue workers are not doing it, it's this guy. >> if he falls, they are there

to rescue him. it's a great job. maybe he's in plain clothes, may have experience we don't know about. >> right. >> from one area of china to another. you see this raging river here. this is four men and one woman in that small -- they are stuck in a whirlpool, barely able to keep their heads above the water. it was tense. one of the dudes was swept away from the boat, but maneuvered to the shore and was totally find, but it was tough for rescuers. you saw where they were. they drop down a ladder with a rescuer. what do they do? have people climb up the ladder? tried that. they are tossed all over the place, probably totally worn out if you're one of the people stuck in the water. eventually, it looks like they send down another line, and you see the man here grabbing that line, plucking him out, but that itself -- >> that's a risky move. surprise they didn't send down life jackets or anything to

stabilize them instead of hoisting them over the bridge. >> would you fall at that point? looks like all five people who were trapped made it. >> i don't know if this is a wild horse. all i know is it's not friendly. >> [ bleep ] >> that horse is, like, look, i'm grazing in peace, and apparently this guy thought it was funny. he was chuckling. not intimidating horse, though. seems like a happy mr. ed horse. coming over to investigate and went on about eating his grass. while the horse was in a beautiful setting, so are these elk, this is along the 101 in california, a scenic drive up in northern california. you see elk here. this area has the largest herd of roosevelt elk in the world. traffic just comes to a stand still. everybody hanging out, taking pictures. you see a lot of beautiful elk

when you see is a roadway like this, there's no surprise when suddenly out from the woods something comes barrelling out. not a bear. this time a deer. watch what the driver does in order to not hit it. the driver goes into the grassy area, and, look, the car on its side, but then rights itself. >> if the roads with respeeren' would have been all right. >> he suffered minor injuries, the car had minimal damage, but everybody was okay. not good news from this accident in russia. as you see here in the video, everyone's doing what they are supposed to be doing, but watch

what happens when the truck comes from the right. the light begins to change. the tram goes forward. watch what happens next. that truck t-bones the tram. unfortunately, the tram driver suffered serious injuries in this, but watch from this angle. the tram driver has the green light, then you see it get smashed near the forward door by the truck, and it narrowly misses the second car with the second dash cam video. >> could be the tram jumped the light a little bit. >> absolutely right. it looked like it started before it was green, but by the time it's in the intersection, the light has been green for three seconds. >> no doubt the truck ran the light, but i wonder if the tram would have waited, if it wouldn't have got hit. >> that's one thing we'll never know. nick k
