boy. guess what happened. he put his hand in that tiger cage and the tiger attacked him. the boy had to get his arm amputated because of this. the father said he turned around and saw blood all over the place. watching what the boy was doing before is almost as if you are not surprised this happened. it's frustrating too. so many of the people were getting videos of this boy. why didn't he say to this kid to get out of here or call security or pull them out instead of taking videos. >> i was thinking the same thing. so much is going on that is irresponsible. >> the dad was arrest and charged with negligence and released on bail. we will see what happens with that. the tiger has been put in isolation for now. at the same time it looks like the tiger is already in captivity and you are dangling something through the gate. it doesn't know.

this cemetery and watch what she does. she comes back and she picks him right up and walks away. the story behind this particular thing will break your heart. these flowers were put there by a widower. he put down 51 roses. one for each year they were married. she was cremated the day before and this woman takes his beautiful tribute to his wife. the sad thing is you have to set up a camera in a cemetery to catch somebody like this. police are looking for this woman too. they think this is such an evil act. >> you take them and do what with them? put them on your kitchen table and say you stole them from someone's grave? surfing the big scene down there. car surfing is not such a good

idea. some guys are hanging on the back of this going out for a joy ride while his buddy drives the car. going through round abouts and around turns and hanging out on the top of the car. brilliant. >> it's not even funny. >> they call it car surfing. the video got posted and the police started looking for these two clowns. it's not even impressive. you are like weighing down on a car. >> it's really just dumb. >> police are calling it stupid and dangerous and they got those two kids because they both came forward and turned themselves in. turns out they were two 24-year-old dudes. both charged with dangerous driving. >> it didn't look like anybody got hurt, but the police were upset with this because they put themselves at risk and the public at risk as well.

>> what you see there is a dog lying against the wall and that wall is on a four-lane freeway. >> he is stuck out there? >> that dog is stuck and been hit by a car. the woman is going to rescue him. she is looking at traffic because she's n for it. once she gets across the roadway the dog sees her and starts walking away. >> this is not good for either one now. >> the dog is obviously hurt, but it wasn't is you veerly hurt. she has to approach this dog while all the busy traffic is going by. she said not one single car slowed down. >> the dog just can run out into traffic and get hit again. >> he is limping. >> she is waving at cars and busses and everything.
