the scene shortly after it happen the. the fire ladder truck was rolled on its side. the firefighters were on their way to a call about a kitchen fire across town. drug's lights and sirens when it crashed. it ended up on top of a black suv. two other vehicles behind them a mini -- involved in the wreck. four firefighters injured, taken toen ho the. two of them remain this morming. driver of the black suv had to be extra indicated from his vehicle. we don't have an update on his condition. how this crash happened and who was at fault is something they're trying to figure out. it's not clear at this point whether this crash may have been cause bade driver who didn't yield to the fire truck. police are asking the public to help them gather more information. >> the -- traffic division is responsible for the collision investigation and we're asking

witnesses say michael brown was walking the street yesterday afternoon when a ferguson police officer told them to get off the street. when they kept walking the officer exchanged words and grabbed him and tied to pull him in the car. he got out and chased after brown and his friend. >> i witnessed the police chase after the guy, he was unarmed. hell ran for his life. they shot him and he fell. he put his arms up to let them know he was compliant. they shot him twice more and he fell to the ground and died. >> a lot of controversy about what happened. it did get a little tense when twice several shots with fired. we don't know who was being shot at or where the round went. >> the officer has been put on paid administrative leave. it wants fbi to investigate that shooting.

in vallejo on. officers say they received a call about a man on the highway just after 12:30 this morning. the man's body was found in the eastbound lanes just past the bridge toll plaza. investigators say the man had been hit several times. >> we're not sure if he's a homeless person that might have wondered up in the freeway. we don't know the identity or why he was up here. >> the chp says the incident is being investigated as a hit-and-run. the first man that hit the car kept going. two people are in the hospital after suffering major injuries in what people are calling a side show related accident. the crash was reported around 3 a.m. on northbound highway 13 near the redwood exit in oakland. both were take tonight hospital and they believe the car was involved in a side show and speed was a factor. an investigation is underway in oakland after a liquor store caught fire at about 3:30 at the
