some attention. witnesses saw those bikes wipedn the hills and they still lay where the men fell. >> a man was shot to death outside julie's window last month. now, new violent, two men shot at the hills of bayview district. police are trying to get away from the shooters, they crash on the street. one man was hit by gunfire, neither survived. crystal reid heard the men ridie motorcycles as he arrive to his mom's house. >> i heard the moped and it was gunshots of nine times. >> reid did not know the men. one was said to be a teenager and one was in his early 20s. >> good job just -- it is the

shot in july and the last one right here on july 8th. whether if they are connected, it is something police will not say. no one is in custody for the deaths of these two men tonight on dirt bikes. reporting live, ktvu channel 2 news. an investigation is under way after a housekeeper made a grim discovery. the badly discomposed body of two women were found this afternoon near interstate 880. investigators believed that the bodies have been there at least for one day. when they arrived, they found no obvious signs of foul play. >> we don't think there is anything going on that's going to cause the alarms of resident in the area. >> they say the women do not appear to be in the area and were staying in the motel for the weekend. a retired firefighter told ktvu three firefighters were

injured when their ladder rolled over and out of the hospital tonight. this was a scene on sonomo boulevard. three other people injured inside the crash. the one firefighter still in the hospital were at the wheel of the back of the truck. a witness told us he watched that fight fire and it looked like he was almost thrown out of the truck. looks like god was holden onto him and all of a sudden i saw him coming back from the side which was demolished. >> another driver was trapped inside the car and the injured firefighter helped that man before more help arrive. >> this accident is a reminder to everyone on the road to keep in mind a basic rule of driving. is a fire watch. coming up at 10:35, we'll let you know if we have any thunderstorm in the bay area and your full forecast coming up next. the race car belonging to the nascar tony stewart stayed in the garage today. he pulled out of the competition after he hit and killed another driver today. later he expressed sorrow for the crash that killed kevin ward junior. nascar expressed sympathy for family and friends of ward just 20-year-old. >> now, the nascar star is sitting out. >> the crash occurred in upstate new york. this is a video of the event which we could not confirm. however, it shows what appears to be tony stewart's car

collided with the car driven by ward and ward's car spins out. ward gets out of his car and starts walking on the track. that's when tony stewart's car collides with ward and throwing him along the tracks. he was pronounced dead at the hospital. >> it is a shock. it is enough track authorities and everybody out here and track officials keeping safe but accidents do happen. >> any death investigations we are going to sit down with the district attorney and staff and review when the investigation is complete. people who witnessed it for horrified. they were extremely shocked by y saw. >> the rest of the race was immediately cancelled. officials say tony stewart cooperated with the investigation last night, so far there has not been any final reports issued. the press report of the investigation is not a criminal one. in new york, fox news.

a woman was punched in the head, she said today she felt like the officer tried to beat her to death. marlene is trying to sue the chp. the officer was trying to restrain her. her client who's homeless was wo a freeway ramp and getting to the place where less people sleep. we have not been able to replace it. kate and doug were two of those that went there today to see if their bikes were there.
