tap into this family's wifi and send the threats to the police. they also say he was down the street watching this go down as it happened. >> did they catch him? >> they later arrested him and admitted to the threats using his cell phone to tap into the wifi. he's already served 18 months and a lawsuit has been brought against the mother, who believes her civil rights were violated because of the search. the city released the video in response saying the officers acted within the law and did what they needed to do based on the information they had. >> this is horrifying. to think that someone might tap into your wifi at your home, and you could end up with this happening to you. talk about being beat from death. look at this bus driver, and
