get down! p one of them -- >> they find 18-year-old. they get her up and put her in handcuffs and continue to search throughout the house. >> clear. >> and find her adopted mother, 68-year-old lee. >> what the heck is going on? >> remember i mentioned that wi-fi password. police believe it's a threat to the police chief and the police department were coming from this location. that's where they stormed the home. they were looking for somebody, but that person wasn't in there. the prn they were looking for was 31-year-old derek murray. police say he is a known gang member in the area, and he used cell phone to use this family's wi-fi. officers say he was just down the street watching this all go

down. >> did they catch him? >> fbi later arrested him, and in court he admitted to aiming those threats using his cell phone at this family's wi-fi. a lawsuit against him was brought by the mother. she believes her civil rights were violated because of the search. the city has released this video in response to that lawsuit claiming that their officers acted within the law based on the information that they had. >> this is horrifying. the thought that someone might tap into your wi-fi at your home and you could end up with something like this happening to you -- a fish tale that's worth telling over and over again. off of the san diego coach, right here in the middle in that is 81-year-old jim miley. he loves fishing, but he hasn't been able to go fishing all that much lately because jim suffers

he fights back. this is a bad ass dog who doesn't stay down. you can't keep this dog down. dom dom is fighting to get back up. he struggles. his tail is moving. they hit him again. >> that's awful. >> are they trying to steal the dog or just injure them? >> the homeowner believes they're trying to steal the dog. look at dom dom. he gets his leg up, and then the back leg. he is finally able to walk up that ramp and get to the back door. >> this is awful. >> dom dom was not dumb dumb at all. he fought hard to get back into safety. >> he sure did. >> he did suffer some burns, but he is going to be okay. >> this dog needed some help getting out of the situation it got caught in. this was a 6-week-old puppy stuck in a pipe for 14 hours in durbin, south africa. rescue crews worked for seven of the 14 hours to get this puppy
