walker. paul walker, of course, star of the "fast and furious" movie. this was not supposed to happen. a car enthusiast gather together in the parking lot of a shopping center in the u.k. to pay tribute. this is what it started out looking like. you notice one car really revving the engine. >> if the car sounds like that, you usually stop. >> instead, the guy behind the wheel of the car revving the engine, this 20-year-old, he just kept going on. the car caught fire. this video was shot originally on december 14th, and you are wondering why i'm showing you the video now. well, that 20-year-old whose car caught on fire, he just had to appear in court, and, in fact, he admitted to engaging in culpable and wreckless conduct, and get this, now has to pay a fine of about $1250 u.s.
