peaceful parks was the scene of a mysterious finds today. a work crew uncovered a body floating in the lake. live in san francisco here at the lake where the skeletal remains were found. what do we know about this person? >> sadly very little right now. this whole area was taped off earlier today in case it was a crime scene. right now it's no evidence there was a crime. there are a lot of questions and a few uneasy workers who have to return to this job site tomorrow. there are a few things you expect to see in golden gate park. people out getting a bit of exercise enjoying the open space and picnicking are common, things you don't expect to see, police cars, investigators and the coroner coming to collect a decomposed body found in the lake. >> i was surprised. i didn't exactly expect that. it seemed like a quiet spot.

cal tran started instulling the lights as part of the widening project. and traffic is flowing again on highway 1 after a big rig overturned closing 1 in both directions. it happened around 9:30 this morning. the big rig came to rest across both lanes of the highway. fortunately no one was hurt but there was some damage to the road. that road was reopened about 2:00. thanks to a 100,000-dollar donation a nonprofit group said it is much closer to providing -- by the group known as nits. they have been trying to get a mobile spray and neuter van but had to put that off because raising money was such a struggle until the founder said someone saw their story on ktvu. >> and she said, we have somebody that wants to give you $100,000. and i started crying and i kept

weather service temperatures are taken at airports. san francisco airport is not like san francisco, although san francisco has a recording station downtown. 95 degrees in the inland bay valleys tomorrow in the hot spots. so warmer day tomorrow, then we hang at that same temperature pretty warm as we head into your bay area thursday. so wednesday and thursday are going to be quite similar. thursday could be a degree or two warmer. 93 in antioch. 82 in san jose. and then along the coast the fog is there to stay and you will find temperatures there in the low 60s. why have temperatures along the coast been so warm? sea surface temperatures. like 62 degrees right now, so that makes it harder for the overnight lows to get way down. so been warmer along the coast. that's not el nino, by the way.
