actually seems to take a swing at the guy, but he ducks just in time. he runs back out the door. the other guy follows after him. then you see that everyone else starts coughing, they're covering their faces and they all immediately start leaving the store. in the very chaotic scene, the person recording this starts walking outside and you see there is a woman crouching down in pain. you can imagine. pepper spray does burn. if it gets in your eyes, it out cornea making it hard to breathe. >> there is a reason they use it as a defense weapon. we have a pretty good picture of the guy as he comes running back in. no idea why these two people are having a pepper spray fight in a pizzeria. >> we did reach out to harrisburg police.
