an rv trailer crash on i- 80 caused injuries and a big backup. 2:00 p.m., eastbound lanes on keller avenue in oakland. a ford explorer towing the trailer tipped over. the driver was seriously injured and hospitalized. his wife suffered minor injuries. crews also had to contain a small propane leak. all lanes were row reopened opened by 4:00 p.m.. in pennsylvania, a massive manhunt underway after two state troopers ambushed and shot. investigators say the shooting happened during a shift change late last night. one of the men shot was coming to work, the other was leaving. >> our troopers were leaving the barracks and were shot without warning and really had no chance to defend themselves. it's a cowardly attack. >> a $20,000 reward is being offered for information that leads to the killer. the slain trooper was identified as corporal brian
