the rape of a woman with down's syndrome 17 years ago. the woman was attacked in 1997 as she was walking home from the bart station in concord. murray was arrested in 2009 after dna evidence linked him to the crime. he could face eight years in prison. two men are under arrest for burglary and car thefts. two cars were stolen from grand motors in san mateo, in august 22, 40 sets of the car keys were taken. the next night police say the thieves stole two cars, the two men under arrest are 18 and 19- year-old and both live in oakland. >> we don't know if they are connected to another string of the car thefts at dealerships. noel walker is live with the details of the most recent
