. the man suspected of kidnapping a university student. 32-year-old jessie leroy matthews was handcuffed. he spoke to a judge as part of his initial court appearance. police arrested him more than 1,300 miles from the university of virginia where he is suspected of taking hanna graham more than two weeks ago. she was caught by a sheriff's deputy driving with her baby in the trunk. the deputy tried to pull over 19-year-old brianna watkins 1:00 a.m., they noticed their car had a broken headlight. she drove for a half mile before she stopped. the sheriff's deputy said she
