after a fight between kent dribble and three men. cell phone video obtained by a station in oregon shows a man lying on the ground. you can hear tribble defend himself. it was sunday morning outside a bar in bend. no one was arrested, but police say anyone involved could face charges. tribble displayed a gun but would not say if it was a work or personal firearm. a witness claims he pointed it at him. >> we take this matter seriously. >> police chief says sergeant tribble has been on the force for 15 years. >> the reality, we don't know what happened at this point, there's a lot of conflicting
