the tallahassee police in florida. when the video starts, there are numerous police cars on the scene and arrests are being made. the reason police were there, they have been called by local residents to report open air drug dealing going on. police came down to investigate. they take a few people into custody. that's when the video starts. >> there are people approaching the police officers and they are warning people, if you walk up and get involved, you are going to get in the car. >> you walk up and get involved, you are going in the back of the car. you don't care. >> he is the one involved in the incident this video is going to show. the person he is walking up to is 62-year-old viola young.
