[ indiscernible ] >> reporter: but the scene in a room at this hotel paints the picture of a different man. affgetting a call at -- after getting a call at noon from a friend police went to check on this woman. a 2000-year-old. -- 21-year-old. he seemed unconcerned by the fact she was unconscious. >> he told us she was fine. there was nothing to worry about. she was unresponsive. they shotted her name --

shouted her name, that was unsuccessful. >> reporter: it took several minutes to revive here in a den of drug activity. >> talking about a small motel room. everywhere the officers looked once they walked into the room there was evidence of drugs. cocaine, methamphetamine, heroin. as well as prescription drugs. >> reporter: there were so many drugs both were charged with several felonies. sheriff's deputies say it appears he was living a double life, a life that they are just learning about. this afternoon the school sent us a letter confirming that he resigned. one parent told us she remains confidence in the ability to come through this. >> one person does not -- cannot ruin the whole school. >> reporter: he remains free on jail and he is due in court

november 24. claudine wong, ktvu channel 2 news. giants fans went home disappointed today after they lost to the nationals in game three of the national league division series but all the giants need is one win tomorrow to move on. >> he will go to third. throws it away. >> ouch! that was a key turning point. the nationals took the lead against the giants and sports director mark ibanez is here with what else went wrong today for the giants. >> through six innings very tightly played game and the giants have been air tight throughout the first couple games but it did come unglued for madison bumgarner. he was pitching a beauty like he did a week ago. the bunt laid down. two on. nobody out. he thinks he can get the guy, no luck. in comes one run and bryce

>> they were arguing. why did you nudge me. and the guy that got hit was nice, you know, like, i am sorry, i was trying to tell you there was an open stall. >> reporter: he describes the attacker as wulispingerant. -- belligerent. you see the fan throwing punches at another fan. he is knocked to the ground. >> senseless. unnecessary. there were two 49er fans. come on. have respect. >> reporter: police confirmed the video on youtube is legit. an employee alerted police and they arrested these two men. they initially ran off. another fan was also injured. >> one of the victims was released from the hospital, the other is in serious condition and waiting for developments on that. police have an ample amount of officers. he is calling for more police

the recession. >> the public health system still does have skilled workers. spanish health officials announced the first case of ebola contacted outside of africa. the nurse is now being treated at a hospital in spain. screening airline passengers for ebola was the topic when they briefed the president said. the president said new protocols will go into place because some countries are not doing enough to fight the virus. the u.s. navy's newest war ship arrived today to kickoff fleet week celebrations. >> we were on board as the uss america passed under the golden gate bridge in the fog. it could be used to help in a

the man accused of a deadly beating into a gym made his first court appearance today in redwood city. he did not enter a plea. he needs more time to look at the evidence. he used a jim bar to hit the man on the head last month in south san francisco. he died the next day. his daughter says it was sparked by a confrontation over his girlfriend. he was ordered to return to court on october 24. mayor ed lee announced the city is expediting the building of a new fire house on treasure island. >> the mayor came here. we heard it. they will expedite the new facility. so the morale is up again.

>> station 48 was condermed after black hold -- condemned after black mold. the announcement follows meetings with employee groups that called for the removal of the fire chief over ambulance delays, staffing and other issues. >> i think the general membership is appreciative and very proud to be a member of the san francisco fire department. along the way they know there are issues and they look to be to address them. >> officials say it will be completed by next match march. governor jerry brown stepped into the oakland mayor's race for an enforcement for the city counsel. >> she has done good things and i am confident that given the chance and support from the community oakland can take the

she had to lower the pump to find water, that is 14 feet deeper than it has ever been and she uses a storage tank. >> we lowered the well as far as we can go. we added the house to a storage tank. if we don't get rain it will be serious. >> he is the manager for the pump company where employees are putting in 60 hour work weeks. he says worried residents are lowering pumps or digging deeper wells. >> i am seeing a lot of the shallower wells drying out. not dry, dry, but loss of production. >> it will have to be three times deeper. >> reporter: some are having water trucked to them. that is not an option for her. the road to her home is too narrow for trucks. for many people the drought meant the small sacrifices of conversation but for those on

not going to be as warm. fog will have more of a presence tomorrow morning. it has been lingering along the coast. the greens and yellows. that is the moist cool air. you see it here, oakland now. the sea breeze is kicking can up. by tomorrow it will push into hayward, oakland and richmond. a cooling trend but not a massive one but cooler than it has been. temperatures for over night forecast, you are looking at upper 40s and low 50s. but in some spots, say in santa rosa area, napa, over night lows into the low 40s, easy. it is chilly. 42 degrees is cold. in the afternoon, 80 degrees. it will be one of those mornings again tomorrow. not as hot tomorrow. this is the forecast.

the fog is pushing inland. that is where it should be tomorrow morning. that is coastal stuff. the golden gate bridge gap and it gets hung up here. can't get over the hill. the marine layer will be deeper and that will allow the push. there is the grooens and yellows. right -- greens and yellows. right? and that trend, this trend will continue wednesday and thursday as well. more of a sea push. and that cools things off. 90s in the central valley. the story will be a cooling trend tuesday and wednesday. and then thursday about the same as wednesday but it is cooler than these numbers. temperatures tomorrow cooler and they trend down. 91 brentwood. air quality is good. 84 san jose. we had heat last week. remember? spare the air days. the whole bit. this week, that is not the case. fire danger is high but it will

giants giants fans were hoping they would close out the series today but it didn't happen. >> but they will get a chance to celebrate tomorrow but let's care of the business at hand. 7th inning, madison bumgarner pitching another great one. but two on, nobody out for the nats here. and madison bumgarner throws it down the left field line. when bryce harper at first base realizes it he will score as well. two runs in. nats had an rbi single for a 3- 0 lead and the giants trying to come back as they would.

bryce harper with the glove. deprives him of a hit and a potential rally. beautiful catch. he did grab it. with the bat. harper deep and way gone. that is a poke right there. 4-0 lead. giants scored a run in the 9th inning. couldn't get a rally going and they fall for the first time in the series. and their 10 game post season winning streak ends at 10. there is tomorrow night. joe fonzi has been out there all afternoon. he was in the clubhouse. what is the mood out there despite the loss? >> reporter: well, mark, the giants feel that they want to get the nationals tomorrow. they don't want to head back there but when you have a close game like this, all it takes is one play to turn the tied and that is exactly what happened. as roms was trying to -- ramos
