prank. rich ferguson reveals a simple secret behind the epic trick for halloween. >> that's it. a couple of videos prove you just never know what's going to happen on the roadways. in argentina. traffic cam footage from an intersection. pay close attention to the couple walking with that baby stroller. they are crossing the road. they look both ways. watch what happens. how could he miss that? according to police, this was a distracted motorcyclist. don't know how he missed seeing the couple with the baby carriage. you do see him go right through the intersection. hit the baby carriage. now he does end up just a few feet later pulling over to the side of the road. we see an ambulance arrive. the child was taken to the hospital by this ambulance and released on the same day. the child had minor bumps and

bruises. >> the next video is dash cam video from russia. as this video picks up, you see a car speeding out of control around this car with the dash cam. watch what happened. fish tails, turns around completely backward but the car doesn't stop. the car starts backing up. there is a traffic cop in that yellow vest. >> this truck is trying to stop this car driving backwards down the street. dude gets out of the truck trying to chase after the car. now that car speeds off. you hear the door open on this car with the dash cam. you hear a frantic voice yelling commands. that's the traffic cop. the traffic cop got in this car and is directing the driver to chase after this vehicle who just had a hit-and-run with this truck. >> that happens in the real

world. >> this guy is now in hot pursuit with the traffic cop in his car chasing after the silver car. because the silver car did have a hit-and-run with that truck, it's affecting his ability to drive. this is not a high-speed dramatic ying chase. eventually we just see the guy turn off to the right. he stops. we see the traffic cop get out of this citizen's car and makes an arrest. police suspect they were intoxicated. >> what a dream come true, right? you drive to work every day. the same route. suddenly you are in hot pursuit. wow. >> i've got two videos here that showcases of one bird wanting in and one bird wanting out. the bird wants out is an owl. it is broad daylight. appears to have gotten caught up in that net. owls don't have very good vision during the daytime.
