according to reports, the man who was getting beaten up was cycling, riding his bicycle in arizona when this silver car we see in this video passed by him and someone threw what he thinks was a can out of the sun roof. that object hits the cyclist in the head. he was outraged by that kind of behavior. he followed the car down the mountain. when he caught up with the car, this he stopped. three men jumped out of the car and immediately began beating this man up. >> who is taking the video a bystander? >> yes. he happens to be a witness. when he fought back he grabbed the shirt of the woman. that shirt came off, a shoe came off. they drive away. sheriff's deputies have not found these guys. the sheriff's department released this video hoping someone might recognize the car or recognize the voices or the

people that they see in the video. >> i hope they see themselves in this video as it starts to circulate and they have some conscience and turn themselves in. >> you guys are looking at the x-ray of a kitten with a broken pelvis. mike was hit by a car. with a broken pelvis, you are thinking this thing has to have high-tech surgery to save his life. it wasn't high-tech. all they needed was for this cat to be confined in a cage several weeks and they heal up quickly. >> a broken pelvis in multiple spots is repaired by immobilizing the cat? >> what's cool about these kittens, they are good at healing broken bones. we are not going to do surgery. we are going to cage rest him, give pain meds and it will heal

a girl hostage. he may have a history of mental illness. a middle age man has the young girl half over the edge of the wall. she is clearly terrified. he starts pushing her over the edge. you can hear the crowd's reaction. you see a couple of policemen who see what's happening. maybe in the event she falls, they can catch her. >> she is at least two floors up. >> there were police on the fourth floor. they used a rope to climb down to the third floor balcony and overpowered the guy. you see they are bringing him out. he's been taken by a bunch of these soldiers and taken into custody. >> our next video takes us to the crime-ridden center of canada.
