travel anywhere in the united states to help with future ebola cases. defense officials said president obama wants a more aggressive response to the virus. the dallas hospital that treated the first and so far only person to die of ebola in the u.s. has apologized today. texas health resources ceo issued a letter saying they made mistakes in the case of thomas eric duncan. the letter was printed as a full page add in two dallas newspapers, mary maloney reports on the apologies. >> reporter: officials facing a pr nightmare. the dallas hospital it is he center of the ebola controversy in the united states. thomas duncan was treated and died from the disease there. two nurses that cared for him have the virus. sunday, the hospital issued an apology -- >> sunday, the last day of the monitoring period for 48 people duncan came into contact with
