unconscious child at a home near flora street which is where they have not said anything yet. 14-year-old girl died last night after being shot at a high school 30 miles north of seattle. she was one of four teens critically injured in the shooting which also claimed the lives of another teenage girl and the shooter. hospital officials read a statement from her family. >> she is our beautiful daughter and words cannot express how much we will miss her. we have made the decision to dean nate her organs so that others maybin fit. our daughter was loving and kind and this gift honors her

. welcome back, more than a dozen people from a tainting food incident, janine de la vega joins us more with how guests at the hotel are reacting this morning, janine? >> we spoke with one guest and he told us he was surprised is he an upscale hotel and he can tell by looking at it, it is considered a luxury hotel which caters to business executives. they were called down the street at redwood shores just before noon and more than 12 had to be taken to the hospital after getting sick from heating -- eating something, all of them were guesting attending a

convention, most of them were treated and had been released from the hospital. they are very concerned about the wellbeing of the guests and they are working to understand the cause. other guests are taking the news in stride. >> they go as a general rule but going through that, that is not going to, that is not going to change. >> this is not the first case of food born nil necessary, they were attending a dinner there in 2008 and they used unsan tarry cloths -- unsanitary cloths and we put in a call to the hotel to see if any changes would be made and we were told a manager will not

,it had poor ventilation and there was no sprinkler in there at all. it took almost 4 hours and none of the injured firefighters suffered life-threatening injuries. and this morning they are still cleaning up after strong winds hit saturday night. wind gusts hit 60-mile-per-hour and it broke off tree limbs and some people were stunned by the amount of damage that wind caused so suddenly. >> i was here getting my two- year-old's pajamas forbid, next thing i knew, there was a limb and i was right here. >> nice, well the power is back on through most of that region, these photos are incredible and it may take time to get back to some of those neighborhoods.

the man accused may end terrible a plea today. christopher german is facing two felony counts. german inappropriately touched two girls, the incident happened two minutes apart and they work on surveillance video. he was spotted by an off-duty police officer. two young girls from their central california home have been reunited with their mother. they were abducted from the area and their father could be responsible. one of the girls was found abandoned in mexico and the other child was recovered and the girls were overcome with emotion after being reunited with their mother. a mother of four gunned down in oakland, what she was doing just before the attack and what investigators want you to know who help capture the
