lower body of what you see in this shot. the amazing thing is as rescue workers were trying to clear the sand, good samaritans came and started getting involved and helping. >> a crane did end up getting there. they were able to attach the crane onto the truck. they also at this point have oxygen to the little girl. >> can you imagine being the mother, trying to comfort your child that you can't get the child out of the situation. they're able to lift the truck just enough to pull her out. and they're able to place her on a stretcher to take her to the hospital. >> no word on the severity of her injuries but she made it out alive. >> the case is still under investigation. the driver apparently told authorities that he was driving on the road, the little girl made it out onto the road in front of him, and there was no opportunity for him to stop, that ended up causing the truck to roll over and land on her, covering her in sand.
