they put a lot of people in danger. st. petersburg, russia. this guy is going down the steps to the entrance of a massage parlor but this camera is from a restaurant. a manager was look out the window and doesn't know what this guy is doing. it becomes obvious when you see he's got some kind of gas can and spraying it on the steps. he leaves the can there and lights it on fire, but his arm catches on fire. nobody was hurt, but a lot of people could have been. authorities are looking for this guy. he may have burnt his eyebrows and hair. >> this is in greenwich, england, a petrol station, what we call a gas station that. man has a bucket. he puts the bucket down and has a gas pump and has a piece of paper or rag.
