fraternity house and i can tell you there are still k cups and remnants of a party after that man was found zed. he wanted to find him unresponsive at noon and showed no obvious signs of trauma and could not say how long he had been dead but according to some reports, several hundred people in attendance, they have confirmed he is not a cal student student and they take seminars about the dangers of drinking. >> we have to take a seminar for drinking. >> they are not affiliated with the greek system. >> reporter: members violated the code of conduct and lost it in 2010 along with a couple of

back to you. and it crashed in the rural part east of gilroy. the crash scene is up in the hills and it's hard to get to which is only accessible by all- terrain vehicles and they found both people on board, a man and woman are dead. it is registered to a 69-year- old man it is not clear when the federal investigators will get there. a woman suffered serious head injuries after being hit by a car while crossing the street. it happened not far from interstate 880 and police say the woman was walking in the intersection when the car hit her and for some reason the woman was blinded and no word on the woman's condition and she is cooperating with

investigators. time now 6:35 more people are heading back to the bay area and the job market is only expected to get better. live in san francisco, a lot of people are feeling good about the employment rate, good morning, tara. and we spoke to one man who works in the construction business and they have a lot of work down the line, a lot of projects in the pipeline and he says business is thriving and there should be no surprise as they lead the charge and they are about a year away from catching up and this is not another.com bubble and they have other parts of the bay area and google alone has been shattering numbers and the company has been snatching up real estate he all over the south bay, up to 30,000

lead, they now have almost 88,000 votes and the elections office is now finishing all the mail in ballots and they still have to count provisional ballots. there they filled them out on election day and they still have to be verified. happening today, san francisco police chief will hold a town hall meeting in the city's pet petrerro neighborhood. they spotted five men who they say were acting suspiciously and when officers approached, four ran away and one man pulled out a gun and that's when he opened fire. that want is expected to survive and the meeting will be held 6:30 at the petrerro neighborhood house. they are still trying to figure out how they got on in the bay
