who attempted to sxul sexually assault a 7-year-old. the man is a white male 30-40 years old with brown eyes. he was wearing an orange hooded sweatshirt. a robbery that shutdown the freeway over night. he robbed a man. police chased the suspect and officers briefly shutdown the roads and the suspect eventually ditched the car and ran away. they have a very vague description of the man with a medium build with a black ski mask and wearing a green coat. new development tonight with

hospital and he later died. the house did not have smoke alarms. an employee doing okay after a two alarm fire broke through a day spa. that broke out at 11:00 a.m. this morning. fire officials say by the time crews arrived the flames and smoke filled the structure and they stayed for hours looking for hot spots. >> that is common for us to exposed the roofing to make sure we don't have fires in the layers of the roof. >> the cause of this fire is also under investigation. the new problem with people in western new york clearing out all that snow as fast as possible. first a family that was torn apart is now given a new life.
