they are sorting out jackets. it is the one warm coat project. we have been doing it for years. it started in the bay area. right now, it is and 49 different countries. they get a bunch of coats. there are coats that are lightly used. they have gotten so many codes, they are sorting them out by men's, women's, kids, and they are trying to get things sorted out as they move forward. it is busy out here. you can still come down to the iceberg. you can come down anytime you want. you can come drop off a jacket. they will be out here until 630. you can drop off a jacket until december 31st. it is neat. you can give someone a jacket who needs it, and it goes right to that person. that is the neatest thing about it. and the weather was nice today. you almost didn't need a jacket. it is going to get wet and cold and jackets are going to be

three armed men kidnapped and robbed a couple in berkeley. a man and woman were parked on the boulevard early yesterday. three men approached the couple and demanded money. too were armed with guns. the other had a baseball that. they told the men that they had no money and they told the victims to get into a car and forced them to withdraw cash. they got away with in a red, four-door car. the victims were not hurt. and a gunman is dead after firing off 100 shots this morning.

bay area news coverage continues. this is channel two news at five. new details from the illegal slideshow. the chp has released new pictures. we have learned that more than 20 of the 200 people there have been cited. a number of car were impounded. chambers also tell us us that even people who are just watching can be charged. >> the skidmarks are still fresh. chp officers said they were tipped off about the illegal gathering by people performing doughnuts and other activities on the street. they headed to the scene, but no one was injured.
