they could put the ladder on the window of the vehicle. the driver starts crawling back to where the people are. they claim the reason he was in the river the first place because he was drunk. >> here is another rescue. you will not believe what these guys are pulling out of this mud that is a construction zone. >> that is horrible. >> when they first got to him, this man was completely submerged in the mud. they are struggling to get him out. they manage to tie a rope around him. they are carefully pulling him out of this mud.

when i was a young man i was learning to drive. my mom told me imagine you are driving a potential weapon that weighs 2 tons. the first one comes from russia. we put a dash cam pointing backwards. all going to occur behind the truck. the guy in the van has fallen

asleep. wow. you can see the impact because the truck moves to the left and hits into the side of the road. it's the van that comes around. you get an idea of just how fast it was going when it clipped the front. this injured 10 people. fortunately, nobody was killed. >> that van is so mangled. it's amazing that driver survived. >> they say driving tired is as dangerous as driving drunk. >> this is trending because the driver has been charged with two counts of causing body harm. they are all waiting for a traffic light. there will be a sharp turn. this guy comes around the corner in a 10 ton truck. tips over and slams into a car.
