annie apparently dug herself that hole. >> that's not a hole. that's the cage. >> that's trench warfare. >> she is after a ball. she comes right back out and leaves the hole behind. annie's owners saw her first digging a little hole six months ago. when they went back on thanksgiving they saw how huge the hole was. >> that's crazy. that's like 3 1/2 years in dog years. >> want to go in the hole? >> there is a reason they call it extreme sport. it's a conventional extreme sport. he is coming along. the danger is if you come to hard snow or ice. this is what happens if you do. whoops. and we go rolling down the hill.

there goes the ski-doo. fortunately it's snow. he is able to catch the ski-doo before it goes down the hill. if you hit ice which is white and powdery. in the second video we discovered a new extreme sport. >> i love this. crazy because mostly involves lots of injuries. the thing is it looks like so much fun. they get backwards and roll over. they are supposed to be ridden by 5 to there is so much damage wheel comes off. no steering wheel. just goes head over heels.

snowcano. >> holy mackerel. >> that is awesome. >> this was posted on the wisconsin department of natural resources facebook page. it is the shake of a volcano and that is water spraying through that hole. what happens is a shell of ice forms and a weak spot is exploited by the wave action. this is on the bay of green bay. you can see the rough waters behind it. >> snowcano. >> wait for the movie snowcano. >> sharks come flying out of that. >> look at that. holy mackerel. >> this next video is a pretty cool phenomenon. look at this. it's called soft rhyme ice. this video is from germany. this is milky white ice that forms when water droplets in white freezing fog freeze to the outer surface of objects.
