no fire hydrants. they had to set up the tankers. they're trying to get water from a mile and a half away. what happens to the water when it's five degrees? it freezes. they were battling frozen lines all evening. not only frozen lines, but the bunker gear that they're wearing, their turnout gear also freezing. he said it was very difficult for him and his firefightering brer brothers to move in these frozen wetsuits. he said this was the third one in the last ten days. >> it's almost like they have to keep a truck warmer for incidents like this in the wintertime. >> they said people are trying to stay warm in the cold weather. fires. interior heaters. electric heaters. those type of things. it's sad when people can't just go about their business without the risk of being

attacked. check out this video in south africa. this is a man and his kid pulling up to their building. right behind them, a bmw, and then you see a couple suspects running up to the vehicle. then watch this. see that? that's a big weapon that's being pointed at that man and his children. >> oh god, this is terrifying. >> they end up robbing this man and his kids of about $1,700 u.s. dollars and other electronic equipment they had in the vehicle. you don't really get a clear look at the kid but the man and everyone runs out of the way, and then you do see that one of the suspects gets in the car. they were unable to take the vehicle, but you see the guy in white t-shirt takes some stuff out of there and just flees on foot. >> so they believe that the car behind this car was in on it. just blocked this person in? >> it appears as though it may have been in on the robbery. fortunately, nobody was injured but no arrests have been made in this case yet. now to the uk at this

by wood. watch what comes out. >> honey! >> this is a precious little dog named duly. duly is 8 years old, but the story behind this is what makes this video so spectacular. that was a badger den. when rescuers went to try to find duly they had to dig in there. they first pulled out a badger. duly has a doggie friend that lives in his home with his owner. they went out for a little i don't know play time in the woods. and they were gone for several days. little sweetie 14 years old. but sweetie returned. after days and days of searching, sweetie came back home with little bloody paws from walking so many miles in the woods. the owner and volunteer followed sweet tea sweetie's tracks back to the badger den. >> are you serious? that is awesome!
