this video comes from a mall. this guy just looks like he's carrying out a package to dump something into the roadway. but keep your eye on the guy at the curve. that dui driver comes barreling at him. he flies through the air. here's the thing. that man survived. he is in serious condition. he suffered three fractures to his arm, leg, and his back. he's expected to recover. but he is the victim of a drunk driver. >> there is no way he could have seen that coming. there was no time for him to react. >> in every sort of respect, he's so lucky. whatever they're doing, it's like he's looking at something. almost sort of bending over. if he had taken a step down we wouldn't be telling this story. >> like the shock wave of the impact is what popped them back instead of the car itself. >> this is from a camera on a mini mart. he says he just cannot believe what he's seeing. >> that's his neighbor? >> this man was not getting into that car on the curb.
