if you see a guy several stories up at an apartment building jumping from one balcony to another you think hey, maybe there's a fire. >> oh no. according to police they identify this man as a robbery suspect. you can see him jumping from one balcony to another. it's unknown what he was trying to rob or who he was trying to rob, but police aren't the ones that caught this guy and three other suspects. it was the citizens of this area. the guy with the video, he's got some kind of baton out. the guy then starts running but does he get away? oh no, no no. you see later in the video, he's not going to get away because these people have tested him and are waiting for police. we do know there were four suspects taken into custody. however, two got away. >> kind of like neighborhood watch. everybody getting ready to protect their part of the world.

in capetown south africa this is in a mall next to a jewelry store. you see something about is go down. all of a sudden the customers and staff people here they are leaving because one guy comes with a sledgehammer another guy with a sledgehammer, and another guy with a gun. there were nine guys in all that had scoped out the harrison darcy jewelry store in south africa. they got multiple videos of this gang of thieves, breaking glass and stealing stuff that does not belistening to to them. and they were able to clean this place out. reports -- the owners say security became suspicious days before because they spotted some suspicious-looking guys casing the joint, but they also recognized some of these guys from facebook. nobody's been caught yet. police are still looking for these guys. >> they recognize them from facebook. the security guards are friends with these guys? >> how funny would that be. you may know this person as a
