>> reporter: when they turned the corner they saw the white car again. >> we went around the other side and we saw the flames. at the pizza parlor. >> reporter: the 16-year-old driver walked away from the crash unarmed after slamming into a gas -- unharmed after slamming into a gas main. >> we are just blessed no one was here. >> the owners plan to rebuild and that their insurance company will be turning to the driver to help them pay for the damage. >> the store is on fire. i thought i fueled the fire for an hour till pg&e crews could shut the gas off. the driver was taken into custody. while her nephew shot this video the teen gave him two thumbs up from the back of the patrol car. police say this started around

the walmart. they are cautioning those who were that store from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. the next day on monday the man went to the dave and busters from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. >> if you have been vaccinated there is nothing you need to do. nothing at all. however, if you were shopping there with an infant, too young to have been vaccinated, pay attention to that time. >> reporter: on alert but not panicked. the county has 95% vaccination rate but no vaccine provide 100% protection. >> measles is circulating, the is that chance a vaccinated person could get it. >> reporter: this mom had to think twice before entering. >> if you are bringing other people's kids to a placic one thing if it is your kids.

the new deal. the contract provides better health and safety protections for nurses and a 14% raise over three years. 18,000 workers were threatening to go on strike before the agreement. californians received $3 billion in federal subsdies last year -- sunday last year. 2014 was the first year. . new information shows sexually transmitted diseases effect young people at a higher rate. the centers for disease control and prevention says 50% are among people between 15 and 24. however they represent only a quarter of the people who are sexually active. most of the cases are in the south east. california ranks 22 in the country. poverty and education are the reasons for the concentration of cases in the

reminders around. with $3 million in private donations it is getting a new lease on life as a homeless aid center. >> we will have 75 people here at any given time. >> reporter: this center aims to chart a path for homeless people. >> if you have possessions you can't leave them in the shelter. you can't stay together in a shelter. >> reporter: when it opens in march guests can stay up to 10 days, using showers and laund refacilities, receiving treatment -- facilities, revving treatment. >> i would be interested because a lot of times what it is we don't have the resources. >> reporter: there will be security monitoring the site though it won't be the same as a shelter. >> people will have in and outs. the ability to come in and out. there are curfews. we have to be a good neighbor.
