you're thinking all right, now we can move freely. there's the plow working outside. but keep an eye on where the snow is going that the plow is pushing. he scrapes off that side of the road then the plow goes up makes a right, backs his truck up again, just to turn himself around. he gets a big old shovel full of snow and wads it up right behind that black car. >> what? wait. >> it appears that that plow just completely socked in this car. >> was this a no parking zone that he was in? >> or is this just what these snow plowers do? is that just another day in the life of a snow plower? >> lots of good questions. we are about to find out some answers. owen martin the owner of this car, joining us "right this minute." okay. there's a good question. were you parked illegally? rnlgts rnlgts >> no i was not. there was a snow emergency that night at 10:00 a.m. but this was 4:00 in the afternoon. there was no snow coming down and the road was already plowed when i parked.

>> do you think he was intentionally plowing your car in or was he just doing his job trying to clear the streets as much as he can? >> what the neighbors saw prior to filming was that he gathered up snow and put it in front of the vehicle, and they were able to catch him on film dragging down another snow bank and putting it behind the car. it was very intentional. i have no idea why. i don't know this guy. maybe he was having a bad day. >> or maybe he has a really crazy sense of humor and he was just trying to have some fun with you? >> if that was the case, it's definitely a practical joke gone wrong. it took us two hours to shovel the snow from behind the vehicle and then i found out that my bumper was crushed. the cops came out, wrote a police report they actually made the plow guy come back. they wrote him up. >> were you mad? >> i'm not mad now, but i was pretty incensed. it's ridiculous. >> are you absolutely positive you aren't perhaps dating this

a hospital in an ambulance and get this preliminary reports said he has a bruised lung and some damage to internal organs. that's bad. >> he survived it and is walking so i'm sure in six months we will see 13 floors 15 floors from a helicopter, a plane, space. >> it's a busier day than usual in the passenger terminal where a seemingly simple situation escalates quickly, no pun intended. you can see here that people start falling on an escalator as it's going down. what happened is a piece of luggage fell into a small child and it becomes quickly a huge dog pile of people on the escalator. you see a security guard come running up and over. you see here the escalator actually stops. >> please don't tell me the kid got stuck. >> not only that a small 2-year-old and her mother are both caught with their hands in the edge of this escalator. as they fell down of course they are supporting their weight on their hands, people sort of

falling on top. now they're there and they need rescuing. >> how does that still happen? i thought they made escalators by now that you know were safe for this kind of stuff. >> we are seeing rescue experts from china coming along and trying to work while they're here. you can see just how scared the little one is. >> oh, no. heartbreaking. >> mom is of course distraught as well. eventually after the jaws of life you can see her little hand there, it actually doesn't look too bad. you see nurses immediately start dressing the young one's hand. they are both taken to hospital for treatment. you can see here just how they pulled it apart and you can also see there is some blood on it but it wasn't by the looks of it all that serious. it was just at the same time terrifying. >> there are three things i like
