welcome back to mornings on 26789 it's thursday, february february 19th. >> i'm dave clark. let's talk about weather and traffic. steve paulsen is here. >> a lot of fog for us. some of it is really picking up reports around pleasant hill. be careful out there. higher clouds and a low over cast. there's a lot to burn off here. i think later compared to yesterday with the sunshine. around noon yesterday there were noticeable breaks. that's not the case today. 40's and 50 oes on the temperatures -- 50's on the temperatures. low 50's and upper 40's, really here everyone is within a couple degrees of each other. black hawk, the higher clouds will be with us in the morning. everything is back in the

midwest and northeast, high clouds for us. more on that in about 10 minutes. 50's, 60's by the water. a busy morning with sal. >> that's right. we have had a busy commute. we're looking at one here in san francisco affected by a crash. they're still off to the shoulder. you can still see flashing lights there. things are better. tall lanes are open. until that's completely gone, you'll see a bit of a break here just past the 80 split. we're looking at a 25 to 30 30- minute delay at the toll plaza. it looks like there are some flashing lights there at the toll plaza as well. it's not exactly -- op, looks like they went off.

highway 4, 680 from concord, the same. doesn't look bad into danville. if you're driving on 580, that's surprisingly good. back to the desk. we're finding out more information about a late night, double shooting at a sports bar. they have arrested someone in connection with the attack on alan rock avenue near james lick high school. janine is live at the nightclub with what investigators are telling you about this case. good morning. >> good morning, tori. this happened at the daisy o nightclub at capital. laes yeek a man died in a shooting that happened at another nightclub down on north capital. police were called here at 10:00 last night. video shows men arguing inside the club. it kept escalating. two men were shot and taken to the hospital with serious injuries. there were about 30 people

inside the bar at the time. they interviewed many of them and looked for evidence. police did detain several people. you can see one in handcuffs put into a patrol vehicle. they did confirm they've arrested one for assault with a deadly weapon. this bar is in the same strip mall where a homicide occurred in the past year and a half. the victims, at least in this latest shooting have not been identified. police have told us that they appear to be asian and under the age of 30. this business, i'm told by police, is a vee yet in a mees hang out. there is signage on the door that says they aplayed for aly kor license in january. it is quiet around here. we do want to talk to those people once they start showing up here on scene. back to you. >> thank you, janine.

police in gillroy are now investigating the death of a man inside his home as a home side. two young woman are wanted for questioning. robert hiezer on bay tree drive, he was last seen alive on sunday night leading police to believe he was killed over night into monday. an autopsy revealed he died blaunt force trauma. they are now looking for the woman shoned in this surveillance video. it shows them in a minimart where they're accused of using his credit card shortly after his death. they were la tina, between 18 and 25 years old. nin with information is asked to call police. 7:05, the tragic killing of a college student who hoped to 1 day become a detective. it appears to be a case of mistaken identity. joe ramirez was shot and killed in his drive way back in december.

he had been visiting his girlfriend. didn't have time to turn the engine off on his car. he lived with his mother and grandfather in a detached building from the home just steps from where he was shot. the neighbors in the main house, they were running a marijuana growing operation with more than 200 pot plants inside. >> we do know that joel had no connection to this what so ever. i may stress, joel was the person you would want to live next door to you. >> this killing is probably connected to the marijuana grow house, but that gunman is still on the loose. they've created a memorial in his on nor. city officials are offering a 2,500 dollar reward. a valley ball coach accused of trying to have sex with a mine nor.

shell nelson was arrested last week in santa cruz. he met the under age victim in 2012 while coaching volley ball at a private club operated by his wife. the relationship we're told was discovered by the victim's parents who notified the sheriff's department. >> he was arrested and convicted in 2001 by santa clara pd. very similar to thissituation. had an inappropriate relationship with one of the girls over the computer. >> he's also been charged with failure to register as a sex offender. he targets girls between the ages of 13 and 15. 707, st. bruin know schools are in the red. officials need to makeup for a $2.1 million short fall. ktvu joins us live to tell us how the board voted late last

breaking into an abandoned home and stealing things. police say, he had been renovating a house when he reportedly took part in the burglary of a fore closed home next door. several items were stole enincluding furniture and a pool heater. he says he was just working on flipping a home for the new tv show. >> was this part of the reality show? >> i wish it was. there's nothing fun about this. >> some of the stolen items were found with him. he's being charged with burglar and grand theft. police in chicago searching for a doggy day care van that was stolen with six dogs inside. urban out sitters was getting ready to take the dogs home to their owners.

you can see there's a paper sign saying this clinic is permanently closed as of 2/22/ 2/22/17. thousands of medical records remain inside the building. this was what it looked like inside last night. you can see thousands of confident shl patient health records still on the shelves. the non-profit health center that helps out low -- pay for its debts. it has been reported that the clinic leaders were under the microscope for financial miss management. repair for a closure because they couldn't pay for the debts. a judge ordered it closed and were told to clear out stuff and let patients know as well. it appears with the records they didn't do that.

yesterday morning, authorities say he was crossing the intersection against a traffic signal. the driver did stop and is cooperating with police. gone sol laz was an 8th grader and lived very close to that scene. an east bay health clinic has suddenly closed its doors and we're seeing straks of confidential records that were left behind. brian joins us now with the serious privacy concerns for those patients. . >> hi, tori. behind me is the berkley health center for woman and men. they were unfortunately told to close the doors for good. you can see the paper says it's permanently closed as of 2/17/2015. thousands of medical records still inside the building. it remains unclear when those records will be taken out.

this is what it looked like last night when our crew was allowed in by a representative of the building's owner. some furniture and office equipment left behind as well. the non-profit health center that helps low-income patients and the ininsured filed for bankruptcy last summer. the clinic was told earlier this month to prepare for a slow sure because they couldn't pay for debts including their rent. one said the news is devastating. >> i went to gate consultationiest are day. when i got there they kept saying we don't know who you are, your doctor didn't send everything. i was there early, how did they not know who i was.
