street with no big swings dow reached 15 points nasdaq dropped a fraction ask the s&p lost one point. checking again on those temperatures from today a lot like yesterday and then highs tomorrow will be a lot like these, so these are the numbers and again these are well above the average for february, the end of february, and just been dry and it continues that way 70 in concord 70 in napa, tomorrow we'll see lots of upper 60s, some low 70s you see some clouds out there and not many reports of fog out there but a few high clouds drifting in and out, but valley fog back in the forecast, pardon me, we talked about this system here, here's the ridge of high pressure, doing this pretty much the most of this month but now it's going to drop down, this area appears flattening out a little bit and when it does, a system's going to come straight down from the north, a drier system, it means a chance of a shower but the real story will be a little bit of snow in the mountains but the real story will be this cool air
10:49 pm
that comes in underneath it, or over the top of it so we're going to be in for a little bit cooler weather for the weekend still going to be pretty nice though in terms of doing what you want to do, there will be some sprinkles in the forecast friday, and then again on saturday but you'll see in the model, it's really not much to worry about at least at this point. the forecast overnight lows with the patchy valley fog in the north bay as we talked about february this was a significant event basically one of those atmospheric rivers we saw these two big storms the december storm and the february storm have kept us well over 90% of average in many places right now, just those two major rain events, no multiple storms however, so on friday and saturday we get another opportunity for a few sprinkles out there but this won't this is nothing like this, this will be a trace amount of rain maybe a tenth of an inch tops tomorrow it stays put a day like we had today this low pressure drops down that's the cold one so temperatures go out at the 70s and back in the 60s windy
10:50 pm
conditions and a chance of a sprinkle so let's go to the computer model and we'll show you how it shakes out here we are tomorrow afternoon so there's your thursday it goes by looks nice, showers start-up in eureka, friday morning, okay no big deal, here we are in to friday afternoon and now in the mountains, they're going to do okay the eastern side will produce snow, some showers lower elevations, maybe four inches up there for lucky and then right around here, here's saturday morning and then there is saturday night. so just, it doesn't look like a game changer at all forecast highs tomorrow, upper 60s couple low 70s, and then the five-day forecast with the bay area weekend view, scattered showers in there and hard to get enthused about something really not going to move the meter on our rain for sense of averages. >> thank god for those two storms as he said, can you imagine where we'd be without those? >> if those things missed us we'd be in trouble. >> looks like nuisance showers.

what you might call squeaky clean with a cool edge, that would be steph curry almost too good to be true, last night leading to victory today visiting the white house and xweting -- getting to spend six minutes with president obama curry was in the nation's capitol to help bring attention to the foundation he's heavily involved with called "nothing but nets" an organization that gives netting for mosquitos in africa, he gives three nets every time he hits a three point shot. >> stephen curry just left the white house and meeting with president obama and the reason i was in that meeting talking about the new president with malaria initiative and working with nothing but nets, all the work and donations and support

and awareness that you help raise. meanwhile in sports it's all about winning. of course, not everyone adheres to that philosophy, a little something called sportsmanship along the way and that was definitely lacking. in a girl's high school basketball game down in tennessee, both teams were trying to lose as you'll see some intentionally missed shots another young lady trying to let the other team actually steal the ball from her, the reason they were trying to lose is because they were trying to avoid having to play the defending state champion in the next playoff game. the discipline was harsh both teams were kicked out of playoffs. i've never seen something like that. we chuckle but, on the sound there that people were saying horrible sportsmanship and you know not good. >> both, huh. that's really something. >> not always about winning. >> thanks. and thank you for joining us tonight, our next newscast mornings on 2 beginning at 4:30 tomorrow morning. >> and find us online on
