a few high clouds over us right now. but they will clear out. 40s. even napa airport is in the 40s. santa rosa, napa, fairfield, 41. 40s for many, including san jose at 46. mostly sunny. but we start to increase the cloud tomorrow. system from the north doesn't have a lot of moisture but it will have a lot of cold air and breezy to plufrtry conditions. today is pretty mild to warm with 70s inland. 60s for most. this is probably it for the 70s for a while. here is sal with an update on your traffic. it's slow from what i hear. >> it is slow. we have problems out there. we'll start with 280 san jose and the valley because we've noticed a lot of slow traffic. i kind of thought that maybe something was cooking on 280 gets up to highway 17. but it's just slow traffic. i will tell you that the san mateo bridge has a crash. you can see traffic is at a standstill here on the san mateo bridge heading out to a wreck that is closer to the high rise. now, the traffic is going to be

-- so slow that we're recommending that you use a different bridge. you might want to think about using the dumbarton bridge or perhaps even going to the bay bridge because of this collision that is blocking one of the lanes and now they've issued at 7:00 decided to issue a sig-alert and they are -- not going to be able to clear this. i'm reading this off the screen. pardon me. for 45 minutes, westbound, 92. accident is at the high rise, 45-minute sig-alert issued right now at 7:00. three minutes old. bad news for the morning commute. let's move along. so again, let me just say it again, just so you know, don't go to the san mateo bridge. the crash is right here on the high rise. sig-alert, 45 minutes from now is when they expect to clear it. let's move along to the bay bridge toll plaza where the traffic is very slow getting into san francisco. if you are leaving for the city, go ahead and leave as early as you can because a lot of people will be coming up to

the bay bridge to avoid that san mateo bridge. get out there asap. 7:03. back to the desk. >> thank you, sal. it's the first time in hercules -- it's the first homicide in hercules in nearly two and a half years. this morning, detectives are sorting through the evidence trying to determine exactly what happened. ktvu fox 2's tara moriarty is live in the neighborhood where one man was killed and a woman was critically injured. >> reporter: there was a trail of blood, a fake gun, a cap and a ripped door. now, the 911 call initially came in yesterday afternoon around 2:45. the neighbor said that two men were fighting outside of the home on buttercup court. one appeared to be checking the other. when police arrived, they found a woman alive but critically hurt inside the grant door of the -- inside the garage door.

nearby was a knit cap. police arrested a suspect a few blocks away. >> that person was positively i.d.'d by our witness as being the person who was fighting. he apparently had blood on him. >> reporter: neighbors say the victim is leroy sandoval in his 50s. he bought this house 15 years ago and lives with his foif. they say the screen to his house appeared to have been freshly ripped open. >> indicators this could have been a home-invasion robbery. the fbi has been brought in to help with the investigation. later this morning, police should release more details. tara moriarty, back to you. >> thank you. a woman who brought national attention to the issue of sexual harassment 20 years ago was in berkeley last night talking about that issue. we're talking about anita hill. she was the featured speaker at a national conference on sexual assault on college campuses held at uc berkeley. now, hill came to national prominence when she testified

that then clarence thomas sexually harassed her when he was her boss. hill told the audience it was hard to speak out in public but she felt she had no choice. >> listening to the testimony and hearing the other people testify and then up mamly working -- ultimately working to get heard that i decided that i absolutely had to say what had happened to me. >> uc berkeley's has been under criticism for hosting this two- day conference. it's one of 90 schools being investigated for the way they handle sexual assault on campuses. now, the school says this conference is part of its commitment to finding solutions to the problem. >> well, we have new information on that high-speed chase and crash in martinez. we were tolding you about it -- telling but it yesterday on "mornings on 2." five people were in the car and scattered into a neighborhood near interstate 680. all five were arrested. the chase started early yesterday morning in sacramento and investigators say the

suspects may be connected to a smash-and-grab robbery of a jewelry store in colorado. the chp says they found several weapons and a large amount of stolen property in that car. 7:06. happening now, the teamsters are rallying outside of apple headquarters in cupertino. they are lobbying for better wages and working conditions for the people who drive tech employees to work. janine de la vega joins us now live and we see a picket line behind you. good morning, janine. >> reporter: good morning. yes. the teamsters are out here in front of apple headquarters. they are holding up signs, saying vote yes. that's a message to the bus drivers who pick up and drop off apple employees to vote to join the union tomorrow. the bus drivers who shuttle around workers contacted the union late last year after hearing that the facebook shuttle drivers voted to unionize. now this group of drivers drive

for compass transportation which then contracts with the tech companies. union leaders want to negotiate better pay and benefits for the drivers who reportedly make about $17 to $18 an hour. the union argues that drivers are struggling to support their families and that tech companies should value them more. the union has been gaining momentum. last weekend, the teamsters struck a deal for the -- those facebook drivers, the people who drive the facebook employees. that contract calls for guaranteed overtime after an eight-hour work day, up to five weeks of vacation, ccket -- contributions to retirement and drivers can make up to $25. we're joined by rome allois. you are a spokesman for the teamsters. that was seen as a landmark deal. what kind of message will that send? encouragement for the drivers? >> i think it shows facebook along with their contractor recognizes the disparity of labor here and wages and that

these people need to at least start working towards a middle- class wage in order to drive people that make significantly more than them around. so it will bring them up to good wages, good health and welfare that's paid for by the company on a pension plan. >> reporter: what about if the transportation company that employs these bus drivers who drive the employees who apple if they say, you know, no or maybe the tech companies say they don't want to pay the higher wages. the problem moves from the contractor to the tech companies for not wanting to support those that support them. i mean, these are people that make it possible for apple employees, genentic employees, yahoo! to do their jobs. they get them to work safely, they bring them home safely. they need to support those people and help them live some part of a decent life. >> reporter: thank you. these peoplesters are going to be out -- these teamsters are going to be out here for the rest of the morning.

they are rallying these drivers saying please vote. vote yes for their big vote on tomorrow. tori? >> all right. it will be interesting. thank you, janine. 7:09. piedmont firefighters are training on a new state-of-the- art ladder truck. the $800,000 fire truck can climb seven stories high. it's the fire department's first new fire truck in 25 years. it's a beauty. firefighters say it has many more safety features including guardrails that are a foot and a half tall. they are just 4 inches high. making it a dangerous situation for anyone up top. >> the city maintains the vehicle replacement budget. it was our turn. we have air bags which are new, this has a black box on it similar to what an airline has. >> the fire department says the city doesn't have many high rise buildings but there are wildfires and a lot of hills out there, too. they will be sharing the ladder

truck with nearby fire departments, including berkeley, albany and oakland. the truck is expected to be put into service in the next couple of weeks. a teenager in san ramon is disappointed after his adventure with what he thought was a mountain lion turned out to be something else. 13-year-old jake emmerson said he looked out his window yesterday afternoon and saw something strange. so he grabbed his cell phone. headed outside to take a look. moments later, he ran back, told his dad what he saw. >> when i ran back, i was like mountain lion, mountain lion. >> were you scared? >> no, not really. i knew i could make it back to my -- my house. >> when we sent the video to the department of fish and game, tori, it was a bobcat. not a mountain lion. the young man is disappointed he didn't catch a mountain lion on camera but he's still excited about seeing a bobcat. chefs recommending

restaurants. that's the idea behind a new app. it's called chefs feed. it's somewhat similar to yelp but it only has recommendations that are positive instead -- and instead of ordinary diners they are written by chefs. yelp dominating online restaurant reviews but it's criticized because of its lack of transparency surrounding paid advertising and the reviews it chooses to promote. it's based in the bay area but covers restaurants in new york, los angeles, chicago and london. it's founded by two brothers from martinez and danville. that's kind of neat having the chefs do it. they know the food. >> okay. there is a hacking competition to help protect your private information. coming up at 7:30, the industry that's becoming more and more vulnerable to hackers an how much your privacy is work. and reports that an isis man nick named jihadi john and

the london group cage said there's striking similarities. we're also learning that police and federal investigators have arrested three men accused in a plot to join the ranks if sis and even carry out attacks here in the u.s. doug luzader has more from washington, d.c. good morning, doug. >> reporter: tori, good morning. this plan according to federal investigators involved either assisting isis fighters overseas or carrying out attacks here at home with possible targets ranging from police officers to even president obama. investigators closed in on one of the three men just yesterday at j.f.k. airport. as he was preparing to board a flight to istanbul. 19-year-old later appeared in federal acourt along with a 24- year-old who allegedly planned to travel to the middle east next month. both are legal residents who

lived in brooklyn. according to new york police commissioner william bratton, there was a backup plan. >> if they were not able to go that they would seek to acquire weapons here, handguns, machine guns, and seek to attack very specifically police officers. >> reporter: a third man, a 30- year-old from florida is accused of helping finance the travels. according to court documents, one of the three men described his aspirations online which included a possible plan to shoot obama. an attorney for one of the men lashed out at federal investigators. >> there's no attempt by the government to understand. there is just a rush by the government to prosecute, to charge and to employ the most severe aspects of our criminal justice system. >> reporter: but we got a glimpse of the larger picture here. just how extensive terror recruitment efforts in this country may be. >> this is isn't a new york or

washington phenomenon. this is all 50 states and in ways that are very hard to see. >> reporter: that's what keeps counterterrorism folks up at night. as far as these three individuals, all three of them if fully charged and convicted, could face up to 15 years apiece in federal prison. tori? >> and amazing, you know, attempts to potentially assassinate the president and other crimes. good thing they are in custody. and funding for the department of homeland security is at risk. congress only has until tomorrow to act. republicans have agreed to hold a vote on a so-called clean bill without any provisions on the president's immigration reform. the hangup now is in the house. it already passed a homeland funding measure. but it has provisions to block the president's executive actions. conservatives in the house, they don't want a clean bill. the next move is up to house

speaker john boehner. >> i don't knee what the senate is capable of -- i don't know what the senate is capable of passing. until i see that -- >> in the meantime the department of homeland security is preparing itself for a partial shutdown. about 20,000 workers would be furloughed but most of them deemed essential to protecting the nation. they would have to keep working without pay. >> they would eventually get paid but not until the fnd fund something pass. last time it was about three weeks. want to check in with sal. you are starting at the san mateo bridge because that serious crash. it looks like traffic is just stopped. >> it is. i wouldn't recommend going there to the san mateo bridge. we'll start there, of course. this is a sig-alert that's been in effect since 7:00. you can see that the cars that are already actually on the bridge are stuck. i see some emergency vehicles down the road. this is an injury crash, two left lanes blocked. westbound on the san mateo bridge just before the high rise. traffic is backed up all the

way out to 880. pretty soon in, in fact, already, this is affecting the traffic on 880 in the area. so please give yourself extra time. i want to show you the map here just so that i -- so i can talk you through an alternate route. you will have to go down to the dumbarton bridge which is not bad but the traffic on the nimitz freeway is horrible. but once you get to the dumbarton bridge, it looks okay getting across. no bay around it. you have to leave the house earlier if you want to stay on schedule if you use any of these bridges or the nimitz freeway. let's talk about the bay bridge which could be an alternate for some. it's crowded. it's backed up for about a 30, 40-minute delay. so this normally happens when one bridge goes down. all of the other bridges start to feel effects of this injury crash. they don't expect to this have cleared for at least another 25 minutes. we're done, unfortunately, with that commute. take a breath. let's go to steve in the weather center. weather likes nice. soldout.

kind of reading -- it looks like the fast lane is still blocked but they managed to open some of the other lanes and traffic is getting through. you can see the chp officer getting through. let's move along and take a look at 680 at mission and southbound 680 at the sunol. and if you are driving to the bay bridge toll plaza as your alternate, you can see the traffic is backed you. now let's go back to the desk. >> all right. thank you. 7:34. three men are under arrest. they are accused of holding a woman hostage inside a home in santa rosa and sexually assaulting her repeatedly. ktvu fox 2's alex savidge is live in santa rosa, where the girlfriend of one of the suspects is speaking out. alex. >> reporter: well, good morning to you. she tells us that the victim in this case made up this story entirely because she was angry with her boyfriend who is the homeowner here. the woman we poke with this morning said that 22-year-old

woman was never held against her will inside this home. however, investigators here in sonoma county, well, they paint a much different picture of what took place here. they say the woman was held captive for nearly two months at which time she was beaten and repeatedly sexually assaulted until finally escaping through an open door last week. now, yesterday, sonoma county sheriff's deputies arrested three men. investigators say the man who owns this home was one of those arrested and investigators say he was the mastermind behind this brutal series of crimes. the two other men taken into custody are accused of being accomplices and helping to hold the victim hostage. now, this morning we talked with the girlfriend of one of the accused accomplices here. she says the victim had an ongoing relationship with the main suspect who is married to another woman, and that woman we spoke with said the victim was living at the house of her own free will and was never hurt. >> the authorities said she she

had injuries with being beaten and -- >> i have no idea about that. >> know she started to go -- i know she started to go nuts when he said he wouldn't be with her because he loved his wife. >> and the victim was his -- girlfriend? >> kind of. she was trying to be, yeah. >> reporter: the accused mastermind here is being held on suspicion of rape and sodomy with his bail set at $6 million because authorities consider him a flight risk. the two other men in are accused of -- in custody are accused of guarding and preventing they from leaving the -- them from leaving the house. dave, all three of those men are scheduled to make their first appearance in court tomorrow. >> very interesting.

alex savidge, thank you. 7:36. vallejo police say a student at john f. finney school brought a loaded gun to campus. officers were called to the school yesterday after someone reported specific students having guns. officers contacted each of the students and during their investigation one of those students ran away. police say students told them they say that 17-year-old remove a gun from his waistband and throw it away. he was taken into custody. no one was hurt. investigators recovered the gun which had been reported stolen in san leandro. 7:37. the daughters of charity health system are suing. the company that owns seeton medical center claims the service employees union and blue wolf capital partners interfered with the sale of six hospitals. the lawsuit accuses the union and the investment company of dissuading two potential buyers from making a deal.

the healthcare company add the proposed $843 million teal -- deal with prime healthcare could be lost. prime will decide if it will walk away from the deal. they say without the sale, they may have to shut down four bay area hospitals as well as two in southern california. for the fourth year, symantec is holding a cyber war games competition. the goal is to teak skills to help prevent hack -- teach them skills to help prevent hacking. this year the theme, protect the healthcare industry. the hackers are targeting healthcare because stolen medical record can be sold on the black market for ten times more than credit card numbers. businesses in danville are being warned to take precautions after a series of

early-morning break-ins. the most recent happened yesterday. brian flores has the video tape police just released in hopes it will help catch the thieves. good morning. >> reporter: we're at the cross roads shopping center in danville. we just got done speaking with a restaurant owner who says this is the third time his business has been broken into. according to danville police this started early tuesday morning at the crossroads of danville shopping center. two businesses were actually broken into. police did not specifically say which businesses were affected. but when we did speak to the restaurant owner, he said his business, the mexican restaurant, and a nearby sushi restaurant were the ones affected. police say it happened between 3:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. on tuesday morning. another break-in happened within the same time frame not far from here at a business off camino ramon and sycamore valley road. but we did speak to the owner of the mexican restaurant, he

said he will have to shell out democrat 800 to repair -- to shell out $800 to repair 0 a -- repair a broken door. >> it's very frustrating to get that known call. the first time they stole our safe. the second time they broke our register and damaged all of the registers. this time they couldn't get in. >> reporter: this is video released of another break-in that happened last tuesday at a jamba juice. it appears the burglars broke in through a glass door, walked directly to the cash registers where they forcibly pulled them out. at times slamth drawers on the ground in the hopes of opening them. it looks like they took the cash registers with them. they hope the video can bring more light on who these thieves are. police are again telling businesses in the area until these thieves get caught to remove all cash from the

there. >> he and his girlfriend were victims of a new scheme. investigators say they are not sure who stole their money but they did catch one couple involved in other similar cases. investigators in butte county have arrested two people they say stole gift cards from stores, then removed the security strips covering the pin numbers. deputies say they carefully reapplied the strips after writing down the pin numbers, then returned the cards to the store and waited for people to buy them. the thieves could check online to see when the cards were activated and then spend the money online. >> it's elaborate. it's a lot of work. >> you can see there's been a change to the card itself, to see if someone has taken the scratcher off. >> but you can't always tell that bers's been a change -- that there's been a change. some of the cards found by investigators were tampered with but you couldn't really

there was a crash there. that didn't last quite as long. we'll talk about that next traffic update. i can tell you it's backed you for a 30-wasn't -- backed up for a 30-minute wait. hercules believe a blood trail, a broken screen door and a street brawl are all connected to the city's first homicide since october of 2012. tara moriarty reports from the neighborhood where the rare attack occurred. >> reporter: neighbors believe the fake gup, the black knit cap as well as the freshly ripped screen door all indicate this could have been a home- invasion robbery. police used all of those clues to catch the suspect when they arrived on scene. the first call to 911 came in around 2:45. the neighbors said two men were fighting outside of the house on buttercup court. one appeared to be choking the other. police arrived and found a trail of blood.

rally is going on and this is aimed at getting those drivers a union contract, janine? >> reporter: yes, it is, dave. the teamsters are standing out here in front of the apple headquarters. you can see them they are holding up signs, trying to get the attention of the bus drivers who shuttle the tech workers who come through here. they want them to vote to join the union tomorrow. they pick up and drop off workers have complained they don't make enough money and are struggling to support their families. they make around $40,000 and work for compass transportation which contracts with the tech companies. union leaders want to negotiate better pay and benefits for the drivers. if the drivers do vote to unionize, it's a possibility that certain tech companies may not want to pay higher wages. we asked the teamsters about that. >> i don't think they need the bad press of stepping on the little people that make the companies work. i doubt that will happen. >> reporter: what would you do

if it did? >> the focus will be on them. we'll do what we need to to hire them and pay them decent wages. >> reporter: just last weekend, they struck a landmark teal for the drivers who shuttle the employees. under that contract, drivers got an increase of $5 to $9 an hour plus better benefits and retirement. the teamsters want to negotiate the same deal for the drivers who work for compass and are confident the drivers will vote yet to unionize. that vote takes place tomorrow. that's why these teamsters are out here trying to encourage that as these bus drivers go by. dave? >> before you go, are they getting any encouragement? i mean, are you hearing beeping horns supporting them or is it quiet out there? >> reporter: no. we're hearing a lot of cars passing by. they are honking. giving the thumbs up. they are definitely seeing support like that out here. >> all right.

this man nicknamed jihadi john is really a british man named mohammed emwazi. the bbc said he was born in kuwait, grew up in london. he's believed to be about 27 years old, a college graduate with a degree in computer programming. he's believed to be the man seen on several gruesome videos beheading hostages. the london group said there are strong similarities between the militant and emwazi. we're founding more about the arrest of three men in new york. they were from kazstan and uzbekistan. one man appeared in federal court ahong another -- along with another man who planned to travel next month.

we have traffic messes and a sig-alert. >> there's been a little bit of improvement but not much. we'll start with the sunol grade because there's still a crash clearing southbound 680 at mission boulevard south. that's the mission boulevard at the bottom of the hill. they've made some progress but the damage is always what makes the longest. damage is the -- what i mean pie damage is the slow traffic. there was -- what i mean by damage is the slow traffic. these crashes are, in fact -- it looks like the crashes are now in the clearing stages. however, traffic is still very, very slow heading -- if you are down to fremont. if you are cleaning pleasanton and using 680, give yourself extra time. san mateo bridge, the crash there has been cleared for a bit but the traffic is very slow all the way across. we can look at the maps and show you the traffic is slow. on the peninsula, 1 and 280, not bad. in san jose, northbound 101,

sunol grade. i picked the cameras here. i usually start with the worst. this is the worst. we've had slow traffic because of this crash at the bottom of the hill for more than an hour, we also had another accident in the backup at the sunol exit. so traffic is jam packed out of san ramon all the way to fremont. that's a bad commute but the san mateo bridge, there is another -- not to be outdown. there is another crash. a less serious crash. it's westbound, about a mile west of the toll plaza. they try to move it off. but traffic is slow on the san mateo bridge. so today, the san mateo bridge is not for you. you want to avoid that if you can at all costs. and let's talk about the south bay quietly. the south bay is having a slow commute. we haven't had a -- we haven't had a lot of accidents here. we've had a lot of accidents on 85, 101 and 280 on the eastshore freeway, we had a couple of stents in the el sobrante area. they are clear now but traffic

is slow. new questions this morning after three men were arrested in sonoma accused of holding a woman hostage and sexually assaulting her. alex savidge went to the house where the alleged assault occurred and talked to the girlfriend of one of the suspects. >> reporter: that woman said she believes the victim made up this story and was never held against her will here at this house near santa rosa. she says that woman lived here with her boyfriend who is one of the three men now in custody this morning in this case. however, investigators, they paint a much different picture of what took place. they say that 22-year-old victim was held captive inside this home for nearly two months beaten and sexually assaulted repeatedly until finally escaping last week. yesterday, sheriff's deputies arrested three men. investigators say the man who owns the home jose was the master mind behind this brutal

series of crimes. the two other men taken into custody are accused of being accomplices and helping to hold the victim hostage. this morning we talked with the girlfriend of one of those accused accomplices. she told us the victim had an ongoing relationship with the main suspect who is married. >> she brought him valentine's day presents for him and his kid. she was cooking dinner the day before. >> reporter: why do you say she would make the story up? >> i don't know. could ask her. this is hurting a lot of people. >> reporter: the accused mastermind is being held on suspicion of rape and sodomy with bail set at $6 million because authorities consider him a flight risk. the two other men are identified as guillermo and jaime. they are accused of guarding the victim and preventing her from leaving the house. all three of those men showed

up yesterday at the sonoma county sheriff's office to pick up property that was taken during a search of the home last week. that's when deputies took them into custody. all three men are scheduled to make their first appearances in court tomorrow. back to you. >> alex savidge, thank you. meantime, investigators are trying to determine whether a three-week-old baby found dead in yolo county died from an accident or was it foul play. the baby and his girlfriend, samantha green, they were the odd missing on monday. the mother was found the next day she was crying and upset near a waterway. search crews found the body of the baby there yesterday morning. a friend of the mother samantha green is asking the public to give her a chance to mourn. >> the negativity until it's finished. nobody is a court of law here. nobody can pass judgment. everybody needs to stop until samantha has come to terms with

what has happened. >> coroner's office is working to determine the cause of the baby's death. danville police are warning local business owners a about a series of early-morning break- ins. police are hoping a surveillance video they have made public will help identify the thieves. brian flores is live in danville to let you know why one business owner is feeling pretty frustrated. brian? >> reporter: he is. good morning to you. we're at the crossroads at danville shopping center. we spoke to a restaurant owner who is very frustrated. he says this is the third time in the past year that his business has been targeted. he believes the same people are responsible for the break-ins at his business and others here in dan ville. now, police say the most recent break-ins happened early tuesday morning. here at the crossroads of the shopping center, two businesses were broken into. police did not say what businesses were targeted.

but we spoke to a few owners. the businesses affected were a mexican restaurant and a sushi restaurant. it happened between:00 and 5:00 a.m. another break-in happened not far from here, the rose garden shopping center. again, we spoke with the owner of the mexican restaurant in the past hour, he says thieves have taken cash registers even his safe. but nothing was taken this time around but he will have to shell out $800 of his own money to pay for a shattered door. >> it's very frustrating getting a phone call in the middle of the night. your business is broken. you come over here and see how much damage. the first time they stole our safe. the second time they just broke one of our registers and damaged all of the registers. and this time they couldn't get in. >> reporter: now, this is video released by danville police of another break-in that happened last tuesday.

this was at a jamba juice. this was at 3:00 a.m. on february 16th. it appears that tleef thieves broke the -- thieves broke the bottom part of glass door and they used a crowbar and slammed the cash draws on the ground in hopes of opening them. looks like they gave up on that and took them with them. no suspect description given by police but they hope the video can bring more light into who the thieves are. police are telling businesses until the thieves are caught to remove all cash from the cash drawers and also update their -- their security systems as well as update their cameras as well. back to you. >> probably good advice. thank you. 8:39. speaking of money, the secret service wants your help. they want no find counterfeit money. they say fake money is a growing problem for businesses. the bills are very sophisticated. a lot of storeowners are

this one they may take you by surprise the next time you go to use a gift card. pam cook has the elaborate scheme discovered here in northern california. >> yeah. very scary. i think a lot of people can relate to this. we met a couple of who was quite surprised when they went to their local target store to use a gift card they had. they said the funds were already gone on the gift card. >> now, he and his girlfriend were victims of a new scheme involving gift cards. investigators say they are not sure who stole their money but they did catch one couple involved in other similar cases. investigators in butte county have arrested two people they say stole gift cards from cards and then removed the security strips on the back to write down the pin numbers underneath. deputies say they carefully reapplied the security strips, returned the cards to the store and then waited for people to buy them. the thieves could then check to

there is a new report from u.s. jens agencies indicating that yiker attacks are -- cyberattacks are expanding against the internet infrastructure. this from the director of national intelligence says russia, china, iran and north korea, they are the top nation state cyber threats. it also says that cyberattacks are a more pressing danger to the nation than terrorist attacks. the same report says a so- called cyber armageddon is not likely. well, president obama is telling immigrants here in the u.s. illegally, he's confident his executive actions on immigration will not be thrown out by a court. yesterday at this town hall meeting in miami, the president urged undocumented immigrants
