recent instances here of vandalism at the element or school and another intruder at another school. parents say they are still upset over the vandalism inside of this classroom this month. they put a lot of hard into the work and for someone else to come destroy it is heartbreaking. >> we obtained these photographs to show windows broken in a kindergarten class with furniture touched- -tossed around. and a bottle of alcohol. an alarm brought an employee to the school. >> they estimated a hundred kids running off. >> a destination in the past. >> we have a lot of information from other kids in the schools

safety and security of our students. >> no one was hurt and police are beefing up patrols here. >> frank and julie? >> rob, thank you. >> a meeting is being planned in san francisco to discuss what prompted officers to open fire on a bicycle thief. the shooting happened at 10:45 last night. the undercover officers saw a man threatening a bicyclist with a kitchen knife. he was trying to steal the other man's bicycle. police told the suspect to drop his weapon and he refused. the officers opened fire and killed the suspect. investigators found six shell casings at the scene. new developments in the case of a body found in the north bay. investors told us that the case is now being considered homicide. sheriffs officials say the home was found in complete disarray.
