an our partment fire in oakland kils two -- apartment fire kills two people and leaves dozens without a place to live. and an attack at the new orleans airport. good evening. >> a 3-alarm fire i killed two people. dozens of neighbors were evacuated. tonight they are still not allowed back in their homes.

they found a 23-year-old man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. he died there at the scene. so for police have not made any arrests. they collected almost a hundred firearms today in a gun buy back events. people handed back their weapons in exchange for cash. $100 was given out for handguns. in all 29 guns were turned in. the event was funded by donation from marijuana clubs and ron con way. now we go to new york where fire investigators say that a house fire in brooklyn killed 7 youngal siblings. the three story home only had one smoke alarm in the base. >> the flames started shortly after midnight while children were sleeping. more than 100 firefighters raced to the scene to help but 7 of

admitted to sexually assaulting a south bay girl has reached a settlement with the victim's family. she committed suicide back in 2012. sunday and monday we could have amounts of rain ranging from a quarter of an inch to two quarters of an inch. some scattered showers tomorrow morning at 8:00 and 10:00. then a little bit of a break on sunday afternoon. sunday night we could have some more showers approaching the region and lasting into the monday morning commute. it's not widespread. definitely some clouds and pop up showers out there. temperature for tomorrow, lots of 60s. san jose will go 69 degrees. san francisco 64. look ahead your five day forecast, you can't see a little baby rain cloud for sunday and monday. then we go the other direction by thursday, the warmest locations back up into the lower 80s. we are at 82 to 83 degrees.
