she a senior at french american international high school. investigators say it appears the girl ran in front of the taxi. the driver stop and cooperating with police. no word on charges in the case. the search continued for the bodies of the two boaters missing now since friday. two other victims were recovered yesterday. and they have been identified as 59-year-old richard hargreaves and 61-year-old diane kelly. they wereoon 21-foot -- were on a 21-foot fishing boat. the debris from the boat has been found but there is no word of any trace of the two remaining boaters. new information tonight about a natural gas line explosion near fresno. pg&e says the line was marked when it was nicked friday sparking the blast. a official showed a reporter poles marking the gas line at

berkeley is considering a tobacco buffer zone. they will vote next month on an ordinance that would prohibit the sale of 1,000 feet of a school or public park. if officials approve the measure it would be the strictest tobacco buffer zone. wine makers and distillers are talking. the new labels are meant to inform consumers about the nutritional information, the calories. but critics say it could hurt the bottom line. >> reporter: new fda rules have wine makers upset saying the government ais going too far in this case providing nutritional information oo consumers about

last night in riverside county, to the east of corona. firefighters say the fire is 25% contained now. and that evacuation orders were lifted today for 300 homes in the path of the flames. there is no word on what started started the fire or an estimate of when it will be contained. disaster at sea that may have left hundreds dead. details on the search for survivors after a boat cap sizes. >> and marco rubio is on the campaign trail. what he says about same-sex marriage and hoke sexuality. homosexuality.

islamic state militants released a video showing the execution of 30 ethiopian christians in libya. the video shows one group of men being beheaded on a beach and another group being shot in the head in a desert. the victims are migrants hoping to reach europe. officials say they are working to confirm the authenticity of the video. search and rescue is underway north of libya after a video capsized over night. 2 dozen are confirmed dead. there are fears this could become one of the deadliest sea disasters. >> reporter: the worse refugee disaster in the mediterranean

and hundreds are feared dead. the coast guard is trying to rescue survivors. but they are recovering bodies from the water. the boat capsized off the coast of lib lib -- libya. it was packed full of people and cabicized when they rush -- capsized when they rushed to one side of the boat to draw attention from a passing ship. this is a dangerous time of year. the number of migrants attempting to cross increases. but smuggler's ships are crowded and old and poorly maintained. every year hundreds hundreds of thousands of refugees attempt this journey. buts this year the -- but this year the number is up. in large part there are so many people trying to make the crossing because of the

violence and from terrorism. a stunning admission from the fbi and the department of justice. examiners gave flawed testimony against criminal defendants for two decades. at the center of the scandal is the forensic unit. a review by the government found 26-28 examiners working in the unit over stated matches in a way that favored the prosecution. of the 300 cases reviewed 32 were sentenced for death. 14 have been executed or died. marco rubio said he believes sexual preference is decided at birth and is not a matter of choice but he said he feels there is no guarantee for gay marriage and states should be able to ban gay marriage if that is what voters want.

p.m. news. hacked sony e-mails posted by wikileaks showed ben affleck tried to hide it fact he had a slave owning ancestor. he asked them to keep that information out. the e-mails asked how he should handle the request without hurting the integrity of the show. the show focused on his other ancestors. they say it was a decision to go with a more interesting relative. some employees at espn don't think a one week suspension is enough for the reporter caught on video berating a towing company report. they spoke to a number of people and all of them thought one week wasn't enough and several want her fired. she was angry her car got towed and belittled the clerk's job. she later issued an apology.

a restaurant owner spent the day cleaning up after a fish tank exploded. i want to show you surveillance video that shows -- look at all that. i don't know where the salt water aquarium, just exploded. the owner says 100 gallons of water came out as did the 7 fish inside. they saved four of them. he says customers love the tank but he is not sure he can afford to replace it. a lot of water. >> making a run for it.
