that man, he told officials that she cut him off earlier in traffic and it frightens the family. here is his dashcam footage. it was up loaded 48 hours after the initial went viral. you can see them driving down the road. here is the 28-year-old woman's car. >> a bit of an aggressive move in traffic. she has her blinker on but it doesn't give him the right. >> remember the reasoning. she upset his family. that initial moment you don't hear a peep from anybody but him in the car. the family gets upset. he starts yelling at her. listen to what happens to the 28-year-old woman. she had broken ribs a severe concussion and bone fractures. but, doctors believe she will make a full recovery.
