being towed improperly. that's a four runner. another tow truck here has a chevy pickup truck hooked up being towed sideways because the wheels aren't even straight. the towing company claims they did this because they felt threatened by the large crowd that had gathered. they say they didn't have the time to properly hook these vehicles up. they wanted to just get the cars and get out of there. that tow company is contracted to remove cars from the lot that these cars were illegally parked and there is no dispute that these vehicles were parked illegally. the guy continues to follow the tow trucks down the street and witnesses this trk, the white truck as it's pulled into the tow yard. you can see that. the truck that was being towed bumped into the fence of the tow yard because of the way it was hooked up. you hear the guy with the camera react. >> look at that! he slammed that car. look at that! >> if you are running a
