4:03 is the time and the suspect in the deadly charleston church shooting is expected to be in church. dylan roof is accused of killing people in the church killing. people are trying to make sense of the killing. >> the man accused of killing nine people is in police custody. dylann roof was arrested after an alert citizen spotted his car and calledes police. >> i had a feeling, i believe it was the lord intervened to help me know it was him. >> roof satin decide the -- sat inside the church for an hour before opening fire. >> he had no empathy, he didn't

you can see the women looking at the glasses and slipping them into a bag. they were in the store for about a minute before walking out. one woman shoved an employee who tried to stop them. they walked in for one purpose and that's to steal. >> police say the women appear to be between 16 and 20-year- old. they are about 5 feet inches stall and 150 pounds. six inmates on dead row allege inhumane treatment. they are confined without windows up to 24 hours a day. the inmates say they are deprived of sleep, sunlight and

inadequate recreation. the two men who escaped prison in new york have been added to the 15 most wanted fugitives. david sweat and richard matt broke out of the clinton correctional facility two weeks ago. the search has reached to the canadian and mexican borders. the authorities have cleared the husband of the prison worker who helped them escape. he did not know about the escape. sweat and matt are not the only inmates on the loose, the associated police conducted a coast to coast suffer vie and -- survey and found there's missing inmates for decades.
