you see debris everywhere. smoke is still surrounding the area but there are also flames. some of the brush near some of these cars still on fire. all of the people here spring into action and try to make sure that they put those small fires out, but listen to the cries of that little girl we saw at the beginning of the video. fortunately, no one was injured in this incident. as close as all of those people were everyone got out safely. >> is everyone okay? >> some fireworks are legal in california. we're not certain if all of these are. police did show up on scene. no one got in trouble as a result of this incident. that could have been so much worse in s the people in the black mercedes they don't live at this home. matter of fact they're not even invited over. the victim in this case was asleep when these people showed up. they just went into the side

course there is the story behind this video. according to some newspapers and reports online they're saying this young man has been harassing her and her friends for a long time. she finally had enough. she saw him on his motor bike outside the police station, blocked with her bicycle, dragged him inseedide and a flurry of a beating. part of me is thinking yeah give it to him, give him what he deserves. the other part is violence doesn't solve a thing. i'm fearful for her that this guy has been embarrassed with this video. is he going to go back after her? that doesn't solve anything. >> right. exactly. that is the crux of the debate. people feel like it's perpetuating the whole idea of lawlessness and mob justice. this is the other side of the same coin. apparently the person shooting this is in trouble as well. an investigation is being done

then it just festers ablaze? >> it was a devastating fire for sure. in fact even though the fire damage was mostly to the attic of the home there was severe water damage to the rest of the home which basically means it's a total loss. this other video from the village in china. it started in the home and it trapped four people inside one of the rooms. you'll see that those people are now hanging from sheets outside the security gates that sometimes we see over the windows and in this exact moment you see that they are lowering a 6-year-old child -- >> oh. >> -- to a neighbor's apartment while the other people wait for firefighters to come. it's very hard to tell because we're only seeing this through a flashlight where exactly the child goes but you do see that child being lowered. and then other people waiting on what looks like an air conditioning unit. >> whoa.
