>> is this brought to us in jiggle vision? >> the call came in to police and firefighters a disabled vehicle in the middle of the street in china, that black suv is the one in question you see a man slumped over the steering wheel, a lot of concerned citizens trying to get around the car and make sure that this guy gets the help that he needs. when police arrive you notice that the guy isn't completely out of it. there is some movement inside the cabin, they're knocking they're trying to get this guy to wake up, hope that he's all right but eventually firefighters have to show up. police aren't able to get this guy out. he doesn't appear to be sick at all. actually is on the phone, too, and at one point reports say that the car lunged forward as well, now we need to start working with a heavier hand. firefighters bust open the window get the guy out, he's
