that attempted to rob this entire family, a father, a mother, and their son. they were on vacation in this part of rio celebrating father's day when this happened at like 11:00 in the morning at a popular park. people did start screaming for help, and that's what caused these guys to scatter and run away. police have identified just one of those suspects, that man that you see running shirtless. they haven't caught anybody yet. [ bleep ] [ bleep ] there's an old saying, if you want to make god laugh, tell him your plans. people in this video had planned to relocate to this 150-year-old church, and as the crane is moving the steeple, people are watching. right about here you start hearing a little crackling sound. >> oh! oh!

something's going on bac here, you guysnd then you see that other man who got out of the car, picks him up by the collar and hands him over to the guy and the guy does what you expect him to do, he dropped that poor dog. >> i hate these people. i hate these people, but you know, good, let the dog go because it's obviously not in good care with these two jerk faces. >> the poor thing could have broken a leg. >> this is so little logic to it. they are trying to help the dog and put it into a dog rescue center but doing it in a way that could kill the dog. >> a lot of places when you turn your dog in you have to come up with anywhere between $50 to $100. if you have a hard time feeding your family that might have something to do with people abandoning dogs, not that that's the thing to do. the people who took the dog in say that he's getting better, they say they'll take really good care of it and they said that lately people have been tying up dogs and leaving them. this time somebody threw it over the fence. >> i want to throw those two over a fence, like a prison fence.
