quickly. but causing a huge debate online. i figured maybe we should put it to an end. back in june an athens park police officer arrested a then 18-year-old college student, called to the hotel because the student was trespassing according to the hotel employees and the officers thought this kid was under the influence. >> you're not a registered guest. >> i realize that. i don't want to start any problems. >> they want to you leave you have to go. >> once the georgia police got a hold of the body video the officer ended up being arrested on two felonies. let me show you what happens and what the officer put in his police report. you see them in a parking lot when the student says hey, i live here. >> i'm not trying to waste your time. >> are you in this frat house? >> i am. >> then get inside. >> the kid says i live in that frat house. >> i will take your butt to jail for public drunk if you don't get inside. >> at this point, the officer

loses his temper. >> no! turn around and put your hands behind your back. >> i was asking if you would talk to me. >> the officer is calling for backup and says the student was starting a fight. >> the student also wasn't complying in any way. >> put your hands behind your back. >> no, dude. >> put your hands behind your back. >> no. >> according to the police report the officer says that student assaulted him. that didn't happen. >> what are you doing? >> i was trying to talk to you. >> no. >> right here you see the officer pepper spray the student. the student walks away. >> turn around, you're under arrest. >> i'm done talking to you if if you're going to hit me. >> why would the officer falsify the report? everything is on the camera. >> finally the student seems to be going into his home. he pulls out his night stick. >> oh,hat are you trying t get off me, dude. >> here you see the officer

takes multiple swings at this kid. officer frazier said that the kid threw an elbow at him. i want to you see where his elbows are in this video. >> wow. >> the kid is on the ground, hands behind his head. >> wow. >> athens police confirmed frazier was fired after the investigation. officer frazier facing an aggravated assault charge and a count of violation of public oath. the student was facing several charges including public intoxication and underaged drinking. >> i got to point out the kid is responsible for his own actions, too. if the kid would have said okay i'm leaving and walked away, this wouldn't have happened. >> it doesn't justify it though. >> i'm not saying it does. >> as an officer you have a much higher responsibility to not do this. >> ow! >> it's starting to appear that one of the most dangerous rides you can be on is on an escalator. keep your eye on this woman holding the hand of the 2-year-old that's with her.

you see that as they're getting off the escalator, the little boy gets stuck. his foot it sounds like gets wedged in the teeth of the escalator as it is rolling under. you see that she immediately turns around and starts pulling on the little boy. people start gathering around trying to help. >> you see it right there. they're usually right there. >> at this point you see the escalator has now stopped and according to reports some of the workers at this station were able to come and provide some help. >> is it just his clothing or his shoe or has his foot and leg gotten caught? >> it sounds like his foot did get stuck because according to some reports we two broken toes and sounds like maybe his hand because there's a report of a broken finger. >> wow. >> this is so scary and so terrifying for that mom, because she's coming down the escalator and she's holding the child's hand. she's doing what you should do and still not enough. >> later in the video you see that the boy is sitting on a
