he's the first one on scene. runs out around the right-hand side and goes to help the drivers before the video cuts out. this guy could see it coming a mile away. he said it was a case of distracted driving. >> i think he had some hot chips. >> right? it happened at quite a low speed. i don't think there were any serious injuries. >> oh, oh! the cone of shame, very embarrassing and humiliating to our pets. i think there's an equivalent for raccoons now. and i think it's going to be called the wheel of shame. >> oh, my goodness. the poor little pudge is stuck in a wheel. >> yeah. that poor raccoon somehow ended up with its head stuck in that tire rim. and it's not going anywhere. you see their organization goes out to help care and rescue
