and a hair emergency. >> i have no idea what to do. she's done some damage to herself. >> see why this disaster calls for a drastic solution. one of the most dangerous scenarios firefighters face when they approach a burning building, the backdraft. that's when hot gases build up, they can't breathe. >> oh, my gosh. >> yeah. >> that building in british columbia, canada, looks like it just turned into a rocket motor. watch it again. there goes the gas. it mixes with just enough fresh air and ignites and whoosh! when you first see this video spark, it's all black and dark. you don't see the light of any fire in there. that's all the gases building up once it finds an escape route and mixes with that air, you can see the flames just race across the inside of that building.

>> perfect example. >> that happened in an inup substantia instant. you can hear the firefighters working long into the night on this very large fire. many businesses involved in this situation. thankfully, though, nobody was injured. no firefighters or residents were injured in this situation. but this basically took out a city block. discussions over money can get kind of sticky. specifically contract negotiations. but i never expected to see it come to this. those are doctors and junior medics mixing it up. so here's the deal. some of the doctors were okay with a 15% salary increase with negotiations with the government. some wanted to strike. when they couldn't reach an agreement, they just started brawling. >> they are just creating more work for themselves.

any injuries will be treated on the spot. >> there are over 100 medical staff in that meeting when doctors were hurt. guess what, they treated each other. go figure. >> that was the dumbest thing. where were they? >> argentina. now over to china where a family altercation happens and ended with this. so apparently a dad and some thugs had an argument earlier that day. one son just in the car. police and dad go after him. he's holding onto the front of the car and the other brother is holding on to him for dear life. see that? >> oh, you're so grounded! >> he's still going. he drove nine miles, nine miles with his family member on the hood of the car. >> he's going good speed. that looks like 40, 50 miles an hour. that's dangerous. >> it's the speed that's not going to hurt him. it's the braking that will cause
