video of the cookie monster's new iphone commercial. >> me going to give you a cookie. >> see what we told siri and how she actually listened. >> oh! my neighbors get on my last nerves. but never in my wildest dreams would i ever do anything like this. we're watching security footage of a home and a man is about to step in the frame and is a 60-year-old neighbor. he sees a little dog running around. >> oh, dude. >> those aren't his dogs, he's in the neighbor's yards and has a slingshot shooting things at the neighbor's dog. they bark all day and all night and he simply got frustrated and took it out on the dogs. >> you're not helping the situation. >> completely, it's going to make them bark more. we know the frustration but that does not excuse torturing animals. >> it most definitely does not. and the footage is so clear. when they handed it over, he was fined about $700.

he was charged court fees and had to pay restitution to his neighbor. the flip side is his wife said he's a dog lover and has been under immense pressure. he was sorry for all of it but the barking got the best of him. fortunately, the dogs are okay. this woman is a bride. it's her wedding day and you see her flip off the camera. apparently she was flipping off her in-laws and this sparked a big brawl. >> oh, no! oh, dude! >> the father-in-law wasn't very happy about it. the reports are he said he would kill her and that didn't go over well with her. the family is trying to break it up but the father-in-law is rushing towards her and at one point he puts his hands up around her neck. but this bride isn't going down without a fight. she charges back at him. she tries to claw at his face. >> you can't see the groom in any of this? >> that's my exact question.

where is her man and why is he letting it happen? >> if i was at this wedding, i would be holding my drink -- good. the first video you see that rider on his honda cvr-600, a street bike. you see the guy recording the video ask -- famous last words because watch what happens instantly after that. >> oh [ bleep ]! >> oh. >> please tell me that truck didn't run over that guy. >> it definitely got really close as this guy loses control of the bike and it looks like it's because he was riding directly over this black line. you see that? >> it's not just sort of the bit they use when the road cracks. i can see why that would have happened. >> part of it looks like it has sealant over it but it still looked like there was a rut in

it's extremely clean and nothing crazy is happening. but oh! it will. somebody's on a bike. drama! okay, just kidding. but he will come into play. so here we are, just think, out in scotland everything is wonderful, everything is a-okay. but then from the left, the minivan comes through careening -- it's going to hit that -- it manages to stop just before running into the house and the tree. but then the cyclist is getting crazy. but someone else gets out of the minivan and now it's a knock-out fight with this kid in the middle of the street. but the drama continues, guys. look straight down the road. there's a car now on the wrong side speeding toward them. oh, my goodness! police? yes. a police car. then from the left-hand side another police car turns up. it turns out the minivan was
