here in new zealand a bunch of surfers on the boat used to tow surfers out. boom. the photographer behind the camera here calms it a total yard sale. they run into the rocks? the boat flips all the way over and lands back up right everybody is tossed out. surf boards are scattered out and the guys decide to go swimming. >> mother nature was pretty powerful. if it was any rougher. you're right. it's powerful. especially when it comes to wind. to overturn this. it's basically an observation deck ride. the balloon is lifted into the air. you can get a beautiful view of the city. once the balloon is launched it gets gusty winds. on board some reports say as many as 20 people on a ride
