might kill my dog. >> common sense ain't so common all the time. the guy that posted the video said the couple that owned the dog eventually showed up. he said at first they were confused and then they were very, very embarrassed. in canada, they could face charges for what they did. if convicted, they could go to jail and get a huge fine in the tens of thousands of dollars. >> your owner is [ bleep ]. >> check this woman out. she is at a store shopping. but look at the sidewalk just beyond her. >> oh! >> oh, wow. >> that was brutal. >> out of nowhere a body just crashing down to the concrete. you can see how startled that woman is and the kids right next to her. she immediately runs over to ask for help. and you see that other people come to render aid.

that is a 27-year-old mother of two that just fell from the sixth floor of that building. >> landed on her face. >> it turns out she was cleaning the window of her apartment. she must have lost her balance and fallen all the way through. you can kind of see how that is possible. it doesn't look like the windows have protective screens, they don't have bars. >> how was she? she hit hard. >> she hit and bounced. >> it's amazing that she even survived this. you can see traces of blood on the sidewalk. after she's been taken to the hospital, she had to have several casts on her body because of the multiple broken bones that she had. this woman not only survived, but is walking again. >> wow. >> she did have to have two very long surgeries. she had to do weeks and weeks of physical therapy. >> this is a miracle. to see her back up and at it -- >> it's crazy.
